Sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes this morning. Stuck between cars waiting for my online order of 1 iced coffee. Was late for my appointment. Get it together Dunkin, this is unacceptable!!! If I could have pulled off, I would have. This was at 10:30-11am.

I work not too far so I often order coffee here, well at l east used to. Often times they mess up orders. Not terribly so I usually wouldn’t say anything, but when I did finally say something, they got nasty. Went to this location for the last time, they messed up again so explained, hey this isn’t what I ordered. They offered to make it again, so great. They turn around and all start talking about me as if I can’t hear them through the drive through window. I got my order, which was then right and left. Just because of how nasty and disrespectful these workers are at this location, I won’t be coming to this one again unfortunately.

Yuk! Don’t go here, you’ll be sorry. I waited 20 mins for small black coffee + 2 donuts. The place is dirty, disorganized; staff is unsupervised. Many teenagers wearing dirty T-shirts bumping around but nobody really working. I had to ask to be served after a long wait. The girl who took my order had just come from the main area where she was mopping the floor. Did not wash her hands. After order & pay, then waited forever for my coffee. I finally had to track down another girl & ask her to please pour my coffee. I think the Board of Health should close them.

I love coffee from dunkin but will never be back to location. They messed up my order, gave me the wrong thing, I called they took down my name to come get the correct item, I went back that evening and they were all out of them so I said fine, I’ll just take a refund, the person working wasn’t a manager so they said they couldn’t do that. I went the next day and waiting at least 5 minutes while there was no line and multiple workers who were just serving the drive through. I just left, not worth my time and 3 trips.

My coffee order is always great, and the drive thru line is fast enough. They have no customer service and the prepared food isn’t great, we have been given untoasted bagels and cold sandwiches

Online order. Pick up through drive through. They give us the coffee, close the window and walk off. Forgot the Donuts. They don’t read orders properly. Don’t just pick up and drive off. Oh and the cuppacino was HORRIBLE!!!!

The most sub par dunkin ever. They never make the drinks consistently and most importantly their service SUCKS. You can put in a mobile order and get there 10 minutes later and then still have to wait 10 minutes while they serve the drive thru line and literally anyone that walks in and orders get theirs instantly. And there’s never an apology or anything. I highly recommend going to any other dunkin location – this is a 1/10.

I live right down the street from this dunkin, so it’s very convenient for me to go here. With the amount of money I have spent going here, i’m very disappointed with the service i’ve been getting. I’ve given them countless second chances hoping they’d get my order right, but every single time I place a mobile order it’s ALWAYS wrong. i don’t remember a time where i’ve gotten a correct order. Whether it be them giving me a completely wrong order, handing me someone else’s, or messing mine up, it’s always wrong. It’s VERY frustrating when I’m heading to work or in a hurry and I’m expecting my order to be right (as it should be)…. And i’m not the only person I know that this has happened to. It’s unfortunate there isn’t a different dunkin closer.
