A shout out to DB’s and staff. The restaurant was busy this evening when all kinds of equipment failures happened. Water line broke flooding half of dining room. Refrigerator froze up, etc. The staff managed to take care of business while dealing with these major issues. Food was delicious as always! To top it all off, in the midst of everything, they also fed a homeless family of six with the pay it forward program. Yes…I am a proud momma! Bolivar is lucky to have this dedicated business in its ranks!

My Wife and both had the 8 oz sirloin, she had huse salad and baked Sweet potato and I had fries and sweet corn. The steaks were delicious and cooked exactly to our request. Great food and excellent service from Nathan. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our bill for two steaks and two sides each and two drinks came to $31.35. This will be our place for steak here in Bolivar.

Husband and I dined in for dinner. Great food and amazing price!!! So much food! Server was awesome as well. Definitely the best place to eat dinner in Bolivar all around. The two for 25.00 is an absolute must. We are super pleased and will be returning.

The food was delicious. We had the pork chop which was done and seasoned perfectly (very thick 2+inch chop). The sides (garlic mashed potatoes were very good, and the sautéed green beans were done just right). The mushroom bombs for an appetizer were perfect. Will definitely be back! This is a unique dining experience for Bolivar!

We’ve been wanting to try this so my son and I stopped there for dinner and I was a little disappointed, the chicken nachos were so plain and no flavor, I wish you would shred it and add some freshness to them, it would be so much better! The mashed potatoes were good but I wonder if it was real potatoes since there was so much Parmesan! Chicken breast seemed boiled and tough so I guess I’ll shred the leftovers and make a chicken salad Anyway, I wish you the best, just please be unlike all the other restaurants in town!

I went to DB’s and had one of the best dinners I’ve had in awhile from Bolivar. My waitress was friendly, attentive and timed the dinner out wonderfully. I tried the Shrimp appetizer, the filet mignon and the pork chop. The shrimp appetizer come out a few minutes after ordered and was delicious, the butter is great! The filet was very tender and was seasoned and cooked very well. The pork chop was thick, flavorful and delicious. My favorite sides were the fresh green beans and mashed potatoes! Atmosphere was clean and simple and fit the theme very well. We are very lucky to have such young talent in Bolivar to cook us tasty food! Can’t wait to go back.

Ive been there several times and hands down the best ribeye ive ever ate. They have an awesome pork chop as well. Havent found anything that was bad in my opinion and everything is always seasoned beautifully and is cooked perfectly. Its a new restaurant trying to get up and running and figuring out the kinks and figuring out the staff, so give them a break if wait times are longer than you expect them to be. Go get McDonald’s if you want fast food

Ribeye with grilled zucchini and Mac n cheese. Colby chicken with grilled zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes. These were both really really good. Priced as expected and servers were helpful and cheery. We will be back.
