Personally I won’t go back. High prices, food was ok nothing to write home about. The wait time was the worst part of the night. Took a good 15 minutes to be seated (we could see easily 15 empty tables) It was almost 30 minutes after we were seated to get our drinks ordered & another nearly 20 minutes to get the drinks. Then another 20 for them to take our order. Then an hour after that, we were eating. Our waiter seemed very impatient & I hope he is grateful that we left a tip ( one of the few times in my life I was almost tempted to not leave one). I’m hoping this was just an off night for them, but from this experience I won’t be back. 🙁

Charged more money than the menu posted and was very rude when confronted and would not take off the bill. Been eating there for over ten years, but never again. They aren’t the only Mexican restaurant. Poor people skills.

We are new to Knoxville and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after last night. Although they were extremely busy which i absolutely understand happens sometimes, our waiter was horribly rude, rolled his eyes and was harsh with an absolute horrible attitude we actually had other waiters have to bring us things because at one point our waiter looked at us and said “I’m busy” when we had already waited for a period of time. When we tried to explain why our service was so bad with our waiter and his negative attitude we got told we are sorry but we were extremely busy. We rarely go out to eat due to having to special needs children but then to go to a place where we were rudely treated is extremely upsetting. The food was amazing however the customer service was not.

Ordered the lunch beef fajita plate. Moved here from Texas. This is not your standard fajita meat and no flavor, guacamole was turning brown, rice and beans didn’t have much flavor, salsa was sauce, chips were just ok and the tortillas were undercooked. Empacho (indigestion or worse) waiting to happen. I threw it out. Don’t bother.
