Good quality, decent service. One critique was that I ordered the combo with 1 sandwich and my wife ordered a sandwich for herself. I wish the cashier had recommended getting the 2 sandwich combo. Would have saved us several dollars. Now I know. Additionally, we enjoyed the sandwiches, but there was some spice flavor that I wasn’t fond of. I don’t criticize the restaurant for that, but next time I will get the sandwich without the spicy sauce. I thought the chicken itself was well worth it. The fries were good too. Overall, I would come back.

Visited here for the first time today. This place is absolutely delicious. Ordered the Kluckin Combo #1 (sandwich & fries). Took about 10 minutes and the tray was served to me, as I dined in. The chicken and fries come out piping hot (temperature wise) so be careful. That’s how you know it’s fresh! Chicken is juicy and tender. Ordered the Kluckin hot which is a flavorful spice with just the right amount of kick (options include no heat, Kluckin mild, Kluckin hot and Kluckin fire!). The facility is clean and they have a restroom for customers. I will return to try the other options. Definitely recommend.

Chicken sandwiches so good, I’ve been back 3 times, and recommended to friends. La Crescenta isn’t really known for food, which leaves many to drive to Burbank, Pasadena, or Glendale. However, Kluckin Chicken is a good reason to stay local. I recommend the Kluckin Combo #2. It’s enough food for two people with a price of around $15 after tax. Be warned, the food can be spicy, especially the sauce. I get the sandwich with a bun (buttery and delicious). Eddy is the owner of this franchise and I hope if you go you have the opportunity to meet him. Very hospitable and treats all his guests with care. That for me also weighs into my five star review, along with great tasting food, easy accessibility, and awesome aesthetics. Please go give a try.

We picked up dinner from here for the first time today. Let me tell you the food was out of this world. We ordered 3 of the 2 sandwich combos for my husband, son and myself as well as a quesadilla. First let me share about the fries. They were crispy and perfectly seasoned. By far some of the best fries we have had anywhere and in a long time. We each took down all the fries without hesitation. Next, the sandwich. It is described as being a tender in a bun but it was more like a breast in a bun. The chicken was absolutely crispy on the outside and moist and cooked all the way through on the inside. We had the mild and the seasoning was spot on. The coleslaw, pickles and sauce definitely escalate the sandwich to the next level and make each bite absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, none of us were able to take down the two sandwiches but now we are looking forward to lunch tomorrow when we get to enjoy the leftover sandwich. And as expected the quesadilla did not disappoint. Ooey gooey cheesy with a medium tender that was not overly spicy. We will definitely be back and most certainly have added Kluckin Chicken to our rotation of favorite spots. It’s also worth mentioning that the customer service was A+. If I could I would give them a 10 star, that’s how great the food was and how good the customer services was.

Tried this place out for the first time and I can say it was extremely delicious. Fresh food. Chicken was nice and juicy , very flavorful and the fries and slaw were 10/10. This will be my favorite new place to go! Also the inside was extremely clean and the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming

There were a lot of thinks off about their food. The breading was wrong and too thick, and didn’t stay on the chicken. Was that even chicken I ate?. Super thick and tough to chew. It was not done right. The chicken should be smaller and pleasing to eat. The fries looked nothing like what was advertised in their photos. I asked for chicken to be mild, and it was pretty spicy. Only decent item I enjoyed was the Mac n cheese.

I promote any new businesses in my hometown. My meal was good. For the tenders the breading falls off and and the seasoning needs a tad more flavor, heat is great. Texture with it needs to be crispier and I can feel the seasoning mix(a bit powderery). Fried pickles and fries on point. Coleslaw needs to be seasoned more, it lacks flavor. If they change these and I’d give the place 5 stars.
