I used to love Big City’s Breakfast Burritos and their famous crispy delicious potatoes. But my last visit was the most disappointing burrito. Potatoes were cold, soft and not seasoned at all. Somehow even the ground sausage felt flavorless. Waste of $10

This was my first time at a Big City Burrito and I wasn’t exactly blown away. Their menu isn’t very clear but I had seen online that they offer quesadillas what I ended up getting was basically a carne asada quesadilla with a bunch of salsa on it. It was pretty soggy at the end. The beans and rice I had on the side were so bland. It would be incrementally better if they would just add salt… I had originally intended to eat inside the restaurant but it didn’t have a very welcoming vibe and like the other reviews mention, a little dirty so I ended up just eating in my car instead. Probably won’t go back…

I have always loved Big City Burrito in Fort Collins. This morning I doordashed Super Potatoe burritos for my family. What I got was a bunch of tiny, pen length totillas with a few dried up potatoes inside. $73 for this!

Big City Burrito in Loveland is a must-visit! The Phat Tuesday special is a flavor explosion with generous portions. And their potato burrito is a savory delight, perfectly stuffed with seasoned potatoes. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance complete the experience. Highly recommended!

Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. I could not recommend this place less. Especially if ordering through DoorDash. The delivery driver showed up to pick up the order and didn’t have a hot bag for it so they wouldn’t give it to them (per Big City’s “policy”). So I called to ask if they could give the order with my permission understanding the driver didn’t have a hot bag and Jeanne refused to provide any solutions. I said I wanted to cancel the order and she really went off then, saying to go ahead but I will still have to pay. I told her she was being ridiculous and rude and she proceeded to go off and then hung up. I cancelled the order and Jeanne then proceeded to call me from her personal cell phone number and tell me thanks for cancelling the order but she still got paid and hung up. I was shocked… to call me from her personal number for that???

1st time being there and Got 2 breakfast burritos and they were $14 each and hardly any meat and hardly any egg! More potatoes then anything. Rushed me through ordering. Was NOT impressed. Almost $30 for 2 burritos.

I came here as a doordash driver to pick up and order, and was told they could not serve the order because I didn’t have a hot bag with me. I understand wanting to keep the food hot, but I have never had this problem at any other restaurant, and there were only 2 customers in the whole store as opposed to the many other stores I pick up from that are extremely busy. If business is already slow, I don’t understand why you would turn down more orders. If I had been the customer whose order was cancelled, I would never buy food here again.
