Beautiful place, extremely good prices, delicious and very hospitable service! We all got hotpot even though we could have done both with the dinner prices. We got everything we wanted and more. Safe to say, our eyes were hungrier than our stomachs. We ate til our eyes glazed over haha! It was so good still. Even for our 4 year old boy!

Honestly for the price it was kind of disappointing. Growing up I had hot pot all the time and it’s kind of hard to mess up, you’re literally just boiling food. We sat down and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. Finally our server goes over and rushes us through our order, 2 of us do hot pot and the other 2 did the bbq. You order what you want to cook off a pretty large, selective menu and it comes out quite fast. The problem comes when you want to order more and your server doesn’t come back for 15-20 minutes. It got to the point where it felt like it was on purpose so we’d start to get full waiting and not want to eat more, thus saving them money.

Great family experience! Only caution is if have very young kids who like to grab things and try to climb on tables due to hot surfaces and soup pots. Enjoyed the spicy beef the best. I would get a soup with more spices the next time I go. Overall, it was a good time. I was very full. Will visit again.

This was my very first time going to an actual Korean BBQ and hot pot. What an experience, the staff was extremely nice, and we had to explain to the waiter that it was my wife’s and I first time doing a hot pot. So she was kind enough to explain what to do, she suggested a few things for my wife and I to try.

Meats provided had lots of fat and so therefore a lot of it was chewy. Overall it was a nice experience. We did the BBQ hot plate. Includes a salad bar.

This is my first time eating hotpot and our server Lucy was absolutely caring and professional. We did not like the food here but Lucy’s patient saved my entire experience from eating at this restaurant! Firstly, she explained everything step by step and she was so patient. Thank you so much Lucy! 🙂

My boyfriend and I went to HotPot757 for the first time because we were craving some BBQ and it was so good! Our server Breya(?) was really knowledgeable and checked up on us often to see if we were doing okay and helped us with any questions we had! We came a little later and stayed until near their closing time, but she reassured us not to rush ourselves and to take our time and that was really nice of her! Overall such a great experience being here first time and I’ll definitely come back again 🙂

We had a wonderful experience with our server Cindy who was extremely efficient. She also checked in on us frequently which was helpful since we had our baby with us. We also wanted to say a huge thank you the manager Diana who was very welcoming and personable, she made our night out with our baby memorable. The staff were wonderful with our newborn and reassured us that we were not a nuisance as babies tend to cry at times. The service was impeccable and the food did not disappoint! Definitely the place I will recommend to friends and family.

I had never been & my son wanted to go. I was very confused about how to order a hot pot, but the waitress was very patient & explained. Once we figured it out. We enjoyed the food & I took a lot of pics to do this review. I will come back again.
