Horrible food and horrible experience…the place was dirty w torn apolhestry on the chairs and booths. It was 100 degrees outside and hotter inside. I asked if the AC was having an issue…the employee said that AC has been broken all summer.

My husband and i went in there Friday around 1:00 p.m and the customer service was amazing especially this one lady that took our order, I believe her name was Kendra. She was so nice. We even noticed her asking all the other customers if they were doing good or needed anything. Will definitely reconsider coming back again someday..

A good place to eat one of their better stores. Friendly employees and clean store. Here you are able to mostly choose your own sides. The drink station features root beer like in the older days. The manager of this store works right beside the crew members. When not busy will come out on the floor and ask if everything is okay and talks to the customers making them feel she is glad to have them.

The food is always hot and good. Building needs help bad! Very outdated. The chairs are horrible. They have a very bad leaky roof. Ate here during a storm and every part of the dinning area had a leak. Only reason I go here is because of how friendly the employees are and my food is always correct and hot.

This place is disgusting. Does anyone who works here know how to clean? It took 45 minutes to get our food and they had no ice, so we had to drink our drinks hot. And, while we were eating I heard one of the employees say that they were out of rice and hush puppies. One of my family members went to the restroom and it was atrocious. How is this place passing the health inspection? NASTY! I or my family will not be eating here ever again.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I ordered the fish and chicken dinner, with fries and slaw. Price $8.99 plus a drink $12.02 Pricey for “fast food”. No one was in the restaurant or drive thru when I walked in – this should have been a sign. So my order should have been made fresh. But within 60 seconds my order was ready. The fish and chicken were cold and greasy as were the fries. Only thing edible was the slaw. I asked the tattooed up manager if the fish & chicken had been sitting for a while since it was soggy and cold. She said “no I just made it fresh”. Not possible, it takes 5 minutes to batter it a fry it. I was served in 60 seconds. She said I will bring you some more. 15 seconds later she handed me another plate of cold, greasy chicken. The restaurant was filthy, two entire light fixtures were out over the drink station and it was dark. Place looks like it is falling apart.

When we arrived there was no a/c. The food took forever to come out and then it was burnt. I ordered 2 kids meal and a combo and recieved 3 kids meals and my fish was burnt coleslaw was warm the ice cream machine wasn’t working. The floors and tables were sticky and nasty but not as nasty as the bathrooms which my grandchildren refused to use because of the filth

We waited a long time for our food, the service wasn’t accomodating, dining room wasn’t clean, and the loud noise coming from their ice cream machine was cringe worthy. The food was mediocre, wasn’t worth the wait. Overall, the Long John’s/A&W corporation need to do some major updating on their restaurants, they’re absolutely disgusting and we will NOT be returning. They’ve neglected their stores and have become a hole-in-the-wall has been restaurants ever since the combining of the companies. We’ve been to both Tulsa stores and this one in Sapulpa and they all have that common thread of filth and bad plumbing. If I were the District Manager, let alone an employee, I’d be highly embarrassed, but it seems that they really don’t care about the appearance of their restaurants and it doesn’t seem like they’re going to do anything about it any time soon. I’m saddened by their lack thereof care for not only their image, but also their care for their customers. Seriously, you need to put more consideration into your company’s image.
