As long as Jen is working there, you will have 5-star service and beyond! She has the place squeaky clean and brings water to your table right away. She also makes the best martinis. You will not have any issues with Jen as your bartender/server. Food and beer selection is always great. This location is much nicer and cleaner than the O’Hare Bar Louie by far. No comparison!

Such a great experience!! Jen was our server/bartender and she was lovely. Matteo was the busser and he was AMAZING!! He should be a server. He was so attentive and took great care of us. I even tried to tip him directly and he politely declined, insisting that he wasn’t allowed and he’d be tipped out by Jen. Thank you for a great time!!

The bartender named “Robinson” was absolutely fabulous, kind, and personable! If you want a nostalgic drink (or any other drink) like the “grasshopper”, you will not find it anywhere else in this area, as I called everywhere and most people have never even heard of it, lol! Robinson not only delivered the Grasshopper but went above and beyond, and my husband and I are grateful! Thank you, Robinson, you’re the best!

3rd visit, 3rd bad experience. We are 3 for 3 bad experience at this location. I love Bar Louies food and drinks but this location is never great. We went today hoping to get the advertised green beer. The bartender told us that didn’t have it. That they advertised something they were never given. Sadness but we stayed because that’s not her fault. We got 2 drinks at bar. We were ignored 3 times trying to get our check even though 1 of the bartenders was talking to the person right next to us. Literally just walked past us 3 times. When she finally did acknowledge us. She waved us off and just called for the person who served our drinks.
