It’s a new Arby’s location so it was clean throughout. Food was as expected and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were fair and ample parking. What appeared to be the manager was the only issue. Openly yelling at staff in front of customers. Belittling attitude and tacky behavior that was unprofessional at least. Staffing issues are likely to persist as long as she is working there.

Both of my sandwiches were served cold and as you can see in the picture, the cheese isn’t even melted bc it was served cold and they gave me unripe tomatoes on both my sandwiches. This place is brand NEW!!! There should no exceptions! This is when you bring in customers and try to keep them. What a HORRIBLE first impression for a new store. Will not be back. I remember when Arby’s used to be good.

Very impressed with this location. We were acknowledged by staff as soon as we walked through the door, our food was delivered almost before we had time to sit down, and it was hot and fresh. The place was clean and tidy with staff sweeping floors etc while we were there. Great experience!

Extremely disappointing. Yes, it’s fast food and expectations were low, The sandwiches are put together with no care, sloppily, and with hardly any ingredients. The order was not followed at all. Every item ordered was either cold, smashed, or both. Definitely will not be back.

The wagyu burger is horrible. It has no taste. Like there was no salt. Next, I was told they only allow 1 packet of arbys sauce per sandwich… which is strange. The prices are a little on the pricey side as well for a fast food establishment.

I really enjoy bringing my kids here and grabbing a good lunch, but it’s really gross to have people taking a smoke break right by the drive thru. I couldn’t roll my window up fast enough for my two young kids in the car.
