Absolutely unique place. These 3 guys from Italy are making pasta inside the restaurant in plane sight. They have 3 pasta dishes that change daily. You can buy their prepped pasta or lasagna (mushroom or veal!) and take it home.

Awesome food and the people were just gracious in every way. We walked in not knowing that they were closing and even though we said we would come back another time they said that it would be no problem. Their menu changes daily and it’s so damn fresh. Everything from.their pasta to the desserts and espresso was just amazing. Truth be told I am not a big fan of going out for Italian but we will be going back and bringing our friends.

I have been shopping here a while for fresh pasta and hard to find cooking ingredients. The pasta is the best fresh pasta I have had – and they always have guanciale. We finally came for dinner to try the daily pasta dishes and they were EXCELLENT!! Great ingredients, super combinations, expertly prepared. This is the real deal. I highly recommend. There are different pasta selections everyday made with seasonal and local ingredients. These guys are pasta artisans!

I really don’t even know how to start this review. I’m still speechless from Saturday night dinner. From stepping off the street into this amazing establishment my husband and I were greeted by the kindest older gentleman who’s was just excited about our first time there as we were. You can feel the love in the food as soon as it hits the table. The focaccia, the beet salad and the pasta were all amazing. The little market inside is a really nice touch as well.
