Just LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSES to other complainants – families who spend their hard earned money with such a place! It is simply worth spending a few extra bucks on an establishment that will be more respectful and take accountability in their mistakes and work to make any potential mistakes a thing of the past! Allow this place to sink themselves, as they are already doing their best currently! Not worth the headache good people!

Like many others my children enjoy the pizza and I can order large amounts at an affordable price. This particular night I chose Georgio’s because my car was snowed in, they were close, and they delivered. Pizza was delivered on time. As I was cleaning up the remaining pizza that my family didn’t finish I noticed hair baked into the pizza crust. When we called, the manager stated, “accidents happen” and offered us a free pizza. Adding sausage to a pepperoni pizza is an accident not adding hair. Most restaurants have measures in place to prevent these types of “accidents.”

Placed an order online through slice. This was the wrong location. Spoke with the owner who refused to cancel the order and he screamed, told me to go he’ll and die. He also threatened me and said I know where you love. A police report is being filed.

It’s pizza. Cheap but good. Place was pretty clean. The owner was laid back and attentive. Really can’t go wrong with the place to be honest if you just want “a pizza” without breaking the bank.

This store was very clean from the parking lot to the interior of the store. The countertops were even clean. I’m not sure but, when I went inside I saw only 1 person and She was “on the ball” because my order was already bagged and ready to go. She did a very good job for being the only person there. The food was hot when I received it also. GREAT JOB.

I usually order from this location a few times a month for the past couple of years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered online and 20 minutes after my order was placed, someone called to tell me that they do not carry the dessert I ordered online – they had just not removed it from the menu yet. They canceled it from my order and refunded that part to my card. No big deal. Then I arrived at their pickup window and was told my order wasn’t quite ready and it would take another 2 minutes. No problem. Twelve minutes later, no order, no update – but 2 cars have apparently pulled in behind me at the window. I am also now late for work. The owner then returns from making a delivery, I presume, and comes to the window to ask what I ordered. I tell him and without checking anything about my order, he tells me to pull my car up because there are cars behind me. Never went to see what was taking so long with my food, didn’t apologize for how long I’d already been waiting. I refuse because I have now been waiting 15 minutes when they could have just told me up front that my food wasn’t even in the oven when I got there! His son is literally standing behind him with my food and he won’t allow him to give it to me and threatens to cancel my order because I was “RUDE.” He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been patiently waiting prior to his arrival, as it seemed like his son was working alone in the restaurant. Won’t be back.

Awful disrespectful customer service. I went in the store and no one acknowledged my presence so I said hello! Waited a bit then said hello again. The ill mannered manager said you can leave I won’t be serving you. I asked why and he said because you are rude and have no patience. “When you came in the door rang so I knew you were here!”

They are disrespectful especially the wife and children. The store is nasty and they come here to the U.S.giving an opportunity to do better and they act like we invaded there place and space. They need to do background checks on who they hire. Take lessons on customer service and hygiene and safety. They don’t put luv in there food. There no way that wife would act like that in her own country.

Like I love every chain because their food is just amazing. Their also nice and fast plus very clean. Very customer oriented plus they have this new s’mores thing. Just go try it I believe it’s 4 squares for $3. Their a good size and was really tastey. Overall a great place to get amazing food.
