Delicious authentic Chinese food, but price is quite steep for the relatively small serving size. Location was a bit hard to find, where you need to drive into almost a wooded area with multiple large pot holes before reaching this kitchen and food truck. Friendly and fast service, though.

Parking lot is a nightmare. Order for pickup was ready fast and warm, but they included part of someone else’s order in our bag that we returned to them. I could see why some reviews talk about their orders being messed up. The buns, fries or steamed, were dry and didn’t have much filling. The filling inside wasn’t very flavorful. The spicy pork burger had good flavor but felt greasy and dry at the same time. The grease got soaked up by the bun and the meat was dry. The chicken and pork dumplings were good but I would not recommend the shrimp ones. It would also be nice if they offered a fried dumpling option. This place is pretty far out of my way so I am not likely to be a return customer.

WOW! there is no easy way to make this quality of a dumpling- the process and ingredients excellent. I tried the pork “hamburger” spicy and man oh man, the bread alone was so well done.., the flavors were excellent too. Nevermind the bit of old school feel, this establishment is such a very special kitchen executing the traditional dumpling as it should be. We will be here weekly from Raleigh… that’s is for sure! Fantastic! The staff/owners are also very sweet and attentive! Thank You!

I found this cozy spot when looking for new places to try. the dumplings and “burger” were amazingly delicious!!!! We loved the filling, hand rolled dumpling wrappers, and the customizable dipping sauce. Everything we tried was very flavorful and tasted authentic Chinese. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There were only a few seats inside for dine in, but it seems like the business is tailored to taking home dumplings to eat at home. We can’t wait to visit again to try other varieties of dumplings and take some frozen ones home!!

Stopped on our way driving from Asheville to DC, and go glad we did. We got the pork and cabbage dumplings, spicy cold noodles (perfect for a hot day), and the spicy beef burger. Everything was delicious. The owner came out to ask us if we enjoyed the food, which was really nice. If we hadn’t been on a road trip I would have definitely bought some frozen dumplings to go.

Finally got to go and pick up Chinese burgers and dumplings from Sister Liu’s Kitchen tonight! Definitely authentic since the woman who came out with our food spoke little English and had some difficulty communicating with my husband. Nice that you can order online then pick up. They give you a number to text when you get there so they know whose there to pick up. Definitely slower than the 15 minutes at dinner time so give yourself at last another 10+ minutes if you order after 5pm. Handmade dumplings are really tasty and just like we have at my parents house and the Chinese burgers are very tasty with authentic flavor. Especially the pork burger. Also got some frozen dumplings to take home which will be great when other dinner plans fall through. Will be back again!

Walk up and place your order on a screen. They bring the food out to the outdoor tables. We went for the burger ranked top 100 in the country. It was chopped beef with some Asian spices in a steamed bun. Interesting and tasty but maybe not top 100 for me. Good dumplings.
