The dining area is not open. Take out only. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The soup and salad portion was very small but the dinner portion was good.

Never again. Slowest and rudest service ever. Yes we had a large party about 12. About half of the diners ordered salads and apps for dinner. But that’s no excuse for 1.5 hours to wait for food. I watched the people seated 30 minutes after my group get served and finish the meal. We had yet to be served. I watched people come and be told they were too busy to clean a table they requested. They could sit where they were told. They left. I watched kitchen and wait staff standing behind the register talking and joking. Inexcusable in my opinion. Never again.

The only reason I’m giving a two is quick delivery and the fries were pretty good. But the chicken cutlet? Shoe leather, could not bite through the sandwich. I had to cut the grinder into mouth size pieces if I wanted to eat it. Most if it went into the garbage. Growing up with an Italian mother and a Grandmother from Naples I know what a chicken cutlet should look and taste like. The only thing that made this chicken more than 1/8 of an inch thick was the breading. When you use very thin cutlets don’t over cook them, or deep fry them if that’s what was done. It was my first ever order with them and it will be my last. And I’ll be sure my huge Italian family never eats there either. So, so disappointed, you hear “family run” and the name Bellissimo and you think “ ah good Italian food”. Think again.

I was a valuable customer to this establishment for over 7years..I never in the history from when it was on rubber ave experienced the level of disrespect and waste of money from this place. I ordered my kids a large pizza from here tonight in ordered the pizza at 842pm the delivery driver comes by 935pm. Mind you the pizza is in the heated bag…I pay for my food and my kids wash their hands I go to give them the pizza it’s cold cold. The sauce isn’t even warm at all dough is tough ..so I call to tell the owner something isn’t right with my pizza and that the driver just dropped it off..he says oh that’s not true my driver left over 35 mins ago..I said I don’t know when he left but I know he just left my house right before I called you…he calls me a liar basically and tells me the driver delivered my pizza over 35mins ago …I said again I don’t know when he left. Ur business but he literally just left here less than 5mins no more than 5mins before I called….the way he talked to me I will never be back to give my money gave me an old pizza then when I call to rectify it you call me a liar ..what a way to treat customers who spend they hard earned money especially Christmas time….hope it was worth it never again.

We had catering for my daughter’s shower delivered and it simply delicious. 3 trays eggplant parm, fusilli with broccoli and the chicken fran with the Caesar salad and home made bread was more than enough for our 20+ party. Everyone had leftovers. I highly recommend this restaurant and will use again for our family parties!! Well done and thank you!!

Quick delivery. Very pleasant staff patient on the phone with me even though my service sucked. Amazing house salad with breaded chicken. Also got a large meatball and onion extra cheese they def gave us what we paid for lol. Great job guys. Will def stop in next time I’m in the area.
