Great service and fresh food! Always courteous here and food is always freshly prepared. This restaurant does a great job in consistently delivering on service. The wait times are not too bad compared to other places and they keep bad attitudes in check. Definitely the place to visit for Chicago style fried chicken and fish.

I am not exaggerating… This is the best J&J Fish I’ve ever had! The catfish was amazing. It was fried and seasoned perfectly. The cuts of the fish are not thin. Just the right thickness. Each piece was a nice big size. The wings were fresh, well seasoned, and not over cooked and dark on the inside. I can not believe this was the first time I’ve ever visited. I called the order in and it just got ready when I arrived. Hot, fresh, well seasoned, juicy, and great tasting food. The prices were great too for a catfish and wing combo. I am in awe of this experience. Highly recommend. They have a new repeat customer! Wish I took pictures but the food was too good to stop and capture.

My order was ready when I arrived. The staff person wasn’t very friendly, articulate or pleasant to interact with! My cat fish filets were cooked too done after I SPECIFICALLY asked they not be! Don’t know if I’ll patronize them again!

Catfish not fresh. Mixed with Swai. No Coleslaw. If U must support this establishment. Please check to see if U have everything. Service was decent. But I assume The quality and attitude is noticable because They are serving Minorities such as Themselves and Us. Fish was rubbery. Fries stuck together. I assume because frozen fries were sitting on counter for so long. Honestly. I took some medicine to hurrily get this UnFresh food out of me. My Bad. I was Hungry. I don’t see them open in the Long-run.

Avoid ……This location the fish had a fish smell and was extremely greasy and drenched in way too much oil. The restaurant was not clean and the service was unprofessional and rude.

The food here is always superb – they nailed the flavor. JJ Fish & Chicken has nice sized chicken wings and fish unlike another popular chicken place (whose name I won’t mention) whose wings kept getting smaller and smaller. Our new favorite go-to for chicken is JJ’s.
