Tried for the first time and it was good. I’m not a fan of pizza sauce in general so I should’ve asked for light sauce cause they use a bit but it wasn’t overpowering like some places. The dough was thick and fluffy and done good. I like how the Pepperoni is under the cheese. Very good. Will definitely return.

Great prices for specials but the quality is hit or miss. Recently it seems a management change has inspired their team to be more attentive, and it was a noticeable difference at first, however it didn’t last long and the quality varies based on the team that’s working.

Made a mobile order. Guy gave our pizza to the wrong person, and gave us the other person’s pizza. He didn’t even double check the name or order number. Completely unprofessional, I’ll come back once they deal with the incompetent employees and actually do their jobs. Honestly a very frustrating experience. Food is really good though.

Our go to location every Friday night for takeout. Usually everything is perfect, but we noticed didn’t get our side of jalapenos and we went back in the store. They wanted to charge us 99 cents. we already paid online so of course I didn’t expect to pay again so I didn’t bring any money. They refused to give it to us. All the money we spend at this location to feed my large family and then they want to worry about charging me 99 cents, twice. I wasn’t happy about that or the attitude of the young lady at the counter.

Love knowing these employees go “above and beyond for customer satisfaction” I ordered a cheese pizza with veggies on 1/2 of it….clearly they just made a cheese pizza, forgot the veggies and then just threw RAW VEGGIES on top of it before I picked it up! I got home and opened the box and saw THIS…..my question is who thought someone would eat raw cold veggies on top of a cheese pizza….I would’ve been patient and understanding if they told me what happened and remade it so my order was correct. Extremely disappointed. Baffled. Will never order from marcos again

Almost every single time I’ve ordered my pizza. Always say extra well done and like 75 % of the time I get a super under cooked pizza almost doughy its like they do it on purpose and when I would try to get me a knew 1 which I barely ever do cause for some reason if they mess your food up were the bad guy’s and you can hear the mood over the call which basically says good luck with the next 1 and when the replacement comes back its like exactly the same pizza super undercooked or cause my problems always been extra well done it comes extra charcoal well well well done and like after that. In at quits cause the next 1 will be worse its like they do that on purpose every single time and I almost always give the driver 2 tips cause its not his fault and its been like that like the past 40. Delivery’s like if it wasn’t my toddlers favorite pizza ever. Like when I first had Marcos’s pizza it was always perfectly cooked with that nice brownish perfectly cooked cheese my first year
