Call to check to see if an order was placed for me or not as I did one online and it didn’t show up anywhere and instead of getting help I’m told to hold on they are too busy to answer my question. Too busy to answer but not too busy to take money and not verify if an order was placed or not. I order ALOT and wont do it again. I am busy at work also and would like to know If I havw to order something else or if they want to refund me my money..

Dude blew my mind. I ordered fairly quickly, knew what I wanted and rattled it off for the cashier, he told me my total and BEFORE I COULD EVEN SWIPE MY CARD the guys had my sandwich DONE AND ON THE TABLE. The guys made the sandwich almost faster than I could say it and might I add, it was delicious as always. That’s incredible service.

I’m so tired of stopping at Jimmy John’s to buy a sandwich and they are closed at weird hours. Every other business can figure out how to be open. Stopping here today and seeing they closed at 3:00 that is ridiculous. Maybe all locations should close or else they should call it Jimmy John’s Lunch. They will be my last pick now.

I frequently order from this Jimmy John’s and while it’s never fast and I typically wait for my pickup order for a few minutes after it’s scheduled to be ready, today was especially bad. I ordered around 10:00 AM for an 11:30 pickup, looked on the app at 11:30 to see the sandwich wasn’t ready. Looked again at 11:45 to see it still wasn’t ready, but assumed it would be by the time I got to the store. I got to the store about 11:55 and the sandwich still wasn’t ready. There was a line so I figured I would wait until the line was gone to ask where my sandwich was. When I asked about my sandwich, they couldn’t find the order. Finally someone found my order sitting on a back counter about 45 minutes after the sandwich was supposed to be ready. I’m usually pretty forgiving, like I said I order from this location a lot and my food is never usually ready when I get there, but 45 minutes late is a little excessive.
