Today was my first time dining here and this place did not disappoint. The owner and his wife along with the staff are welcoming and friendly. Our wait wasn’t long because we didn’t do a reservation which I recommend. The food was phenomenal! I had the shrimp and grits w/a salmon croquette on the side. My friend had the grits with the salmon croquette and a side of turkey sausage. The turkey sausage!!!! Listen, it’s made in house and you can taste the love! The prices are reasonable and I look forward to coming back soon.

Hidden gem!!!! Food is so good. We had chicken & waffles with a side of grits. Grits are some of the best I’ve had since being in Augusta area. The other plates were delicious so you really can’t go wrong. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Brunch House of Augusta and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that continued throughout my visit.

THEE BEST BREAKFAST OUTSIDE OF GRAMMA’S HOUSE (unless your G-Ma can’t cook). OMG, EVERYTHING we ordered was EXCELLENT!!!! Our new favorite spot when in town! Pics are of how it began and how it ended. We may have even eaten a plate!

I’ve never felt more welcome at a restaurant. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted like we were old friends—super genuine and friendly welcome! Small in size (which personally I love) old-school feeling cafe. So cute! Okay, Let’s get to the food. First time having shrimp and grits (don’t judge I’m a transplant from the north) and I’m in food love. The shrimp and grits here were life-changing. I don’t even know the words to describe how damn good it was. Just go here and get them, you’ll thank me. My husband got eggs Benedict which looked awesome! I read a review about the street not being or feeling safe. We had no issues. We have a 3 1/2 year old son and at no point did I feel unsafe and I’m worrier. 2 a.m. might be a different vibe but this restaurant is not even open then so definitely not a concern. What else… they had silverware, not plastic utensils (a review complaint I noticed) but did still have styrofoam cups which made my inner tree-hugger self shudder a bit. This place is a gem. service was top notch.

I was just a little bit disappointed with this visit, and I conferred with another friend who experienced a similar issue : the waffles and pancakes are smaller than usual. Not sure what’s going on, but the difference in size is noticeable. My friend’s waffle was thin and cool! I’d gotten one several weeks before, and it was full, warm, and fluffy. This time my pancakes weren’t much bigger than the turkey patties, which BTW were simply AWESOME with the fresh onions, green and red peppers! I’m not giving up on these guys though!

The food was a step above expected. A smaller, older place, well staffed with attentive people. The menu listed good sounding dishes but what we received was a step above. We just wanted a good breakfast. What we received was a great start to our day. Eggs with spinach, the grits were fresh, seasoned perfectly, just the right amount of butter. Even the simple dish of potatoes was cooked perfectly, crunchy, hot, and seasoned so well, not just salt and pepper seasoned, but a great mixture of a variety of seasonings. We like to try new places but ended up having breakfast two mornings in a row here.

Food was perfect. Served hot and fresh. Seasoned and tasty. Perfectly sized portions and my wife couldn’t stop going on about how many shrimps she received in her shrimp and grits! Must’ve been 20 lol the atmosphere was friendly homely and welcoming. True gem of Augusta . I had the beef sausage grits and eggs, with a salmon croquette on the side. My beautiful wife had the shrimp and grits with a side of fresh fruit. All amazing u must try.

Very small atmosphere, with a variety of brunch options. The chicken and waffles were just ok, nothing spectacular. However, the salmon croquettes and grits were delicious. The service was top tier and everyone was very welcoming.

When into The Brunch House this morning and has a wonderful meal. the chicken and waffle was amazing. They make their own blueberry and strawberry syrup (a must try). I also ordered the shrimp and grits with turkey sausage. The Shrimp and grits were extra creamy. The portion size was enough for two. If you like them a thick order extra grits. I would definitely recommend if you have time to stop by and try them out DO IT!!! You won’t be disappointed.
