My rating is to reflect the service. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the wait staff at this location. For the last week I’ve been lucky enough to be waited on by Keri. She exemplifies great customer service. She is very quick and attentive. Even when its a full house she’s consistently checking to make sure we’re happy. Being in customer service, employees like this are hard to find.

Wonderful comfort food. Place was packed and yet they opened up a section just for our party of 17. Gave us great service and kept the refills coming. Generous portions ment we had to box up half to use as lunch tomorrow.

My co workers and I order door dash all the time. Kerby’s is the only place that I have issues with. I stopped ordering from them like 3 months ago because I got my wrap delivered to me with the wrap literally broken to the point where I couldn’t even hold it or eat it normally. Today I decided to give it another chance. It’s koney island so I’m not expecting much. But can I at least not have my chicken wrap and cheese fries placed in the same box? Cheese poured all over not only the fries but the sandwich. Made it all soggy. Not to mention my wrap and the fries had chili on them. I did not order chili on my wrap or fries. I took photos. Just all around sloppy. I honestly don’t leave bad reviews right away I like to give second chances. This was just terrible. Even if door dash refunded me. (Didn’t bother to call restaurant first as when I did last time they laughed off my issue and never called me back)

Poor service. Called to place an order and was put on hold. Was on hold so long I hung up. Well continued to drive to Kerby’s and everyone was sitting around talking. One of the waitresses got up to take my order and found the phone off the hook. I said to her that was me on the phone her response was we were so busy I forgot I had someone on the phone. I said no you were sitting and talking and left me holding on the phone. No apology or anything I even said I should get a discount for being left on the phone still no response. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this Kerby’s ever again.

I love Kirby’s! Fast, and friendly service. Their chicken sandwich is so good! Way better then Popeyes! Popeyes always has a REALLY long line, you can see it from Kirby’s and I should have kept it secret, but Kirby’s chicken sandwich is where it’s at!
