If you want freshly made and hot food? Don’t eat here. I was the only person in the drive through and before I pulled up to the window they had my food already there. Wow, how did they do that. Food in under 20 seconds. When I got home to feed my family. 4 minuets away. The food was COLD and SOGGY like it was made a two hours ago. The taco’s and burrito’s were half full and the taco’s fell apart do to shells being soggy. Now I understand why I was the only one in the drive through at 5:10 pm. With food like this it will be difficult to keep customers. This is my first and last time at this new (just opened) location.

Avoid this place. Never again. You have been warned. Simple order: 5 regular crunchy tacos, 2 regular bean burritos. I was told to pull ahead into the Panda Express handicap spot (I don’t have a placard) so the car behind me could get their order. How is their order ready and mine not? What order is more complicated than mine? After 10 minutes I had to go inside to get my order, and saw 4 young employees just standing there doing nothing. The black…”manager”…handed me a bag with tacos that were missing either lettuce or cheese. Burritos were fine, though.

Great place. We walked in and ordered on the kiosk. There is no place to sit down but the food was delivered fast and was great quality for Taco Bell. Is Taco Bell is right off of I-15 which makes it easy to get to if you’re traveling north out of Vegas or South in to Vegas.

Food was terrible they got both mine and my friends orders completely wrong. Then they gave my order to someone who was waiting outside in the car. The restaurant was very unorganized lots of throwing things around the atmosphere was toxic at best. There is absolutely no interior dining whatsoever. And the service was beyond hard. Do? Been here twice and never again. Every single hard-shell taco was broken. Barely anything inside the tacos. And they got my order wrong 3 times. They forgot a lot of what i ordered. So check to make sure you have everything. I had to go back twice because the order was wrong or they forgot something. The third i gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they got it right so i drove off. Came home and they forgot a few tacos.

Slowest Taco Bell in existence. It’s one of the new models with a dedicated mobile pick up lane but all you do is sit there for 20+ minutes while you watch an endless line of cars get served at the drive-thru. I order ahead on the app to save time but this location ignores mobile orders.

Customer service in the drive thru rude, speak to fast and over speaks. Never received the proper food for the #3 meal no hard taco Supreme just a regular one and the shell was broken. No burrito supreme received a burrito with chips in it. No soft taco supreme at all. Nacho fries was cold.

This place is the worst! Order online and you will be waiting forever! They are always out of something, drinks, cups or food. I have made numerous visits to this place and have never been satisfied. Other locations don’t seem to have problems like this one. Food is never great. I placed orders on the app. The last time u waited for over 40 minutes while the employees were inside laughing. They helped numerous drive through orders as I waited forever. Go to a different location as this one will leave you furious.
