If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for over an hour and still received no pizza. The manager Jake was trying to be helpful, but none of the employees had been trained to use new system they have. I went to the Maiden Lane location after getting a refund, and had even more issues. I will be contacting corporate on both locations. I have been trying to order pizza for over 2 hours at this point, and would just like to eat something.

Little Caesars has always been a mixed bag for me. It’s either well prepared with adequate ingredients and taste really good, or it’s hastily thrown together with too few pepperoni, or even undercooked/overcooked. They seem to have very high turnover because they always seem to be short-staffed. The problem I have mostly is that their quality is very inconsistent. Instead of having standardized practices so that their pizzas come out relatively the same every time you go, the quality and therefore the value of the pizza varies wildly depending on which Little Caesars you go to, and exactly who is making it at that time.

The food was hot and freshly made, and the staff were wonderful and asked questions to make sure they got it right the first time!

The day I was there, they were swamped with orders, which I learned while placing my order on the phone.

I purchased pizza for my grandson. I have never been inside and the lady who waited on me was very patient with me as I looked at the menu and asked a couple of questions. Pizza was HOT HOT HOT even when I arrived home. I was impressed because it was the middle of the afternoon. No wait & hot pizza totally impressed me.

I am dismayed to have to rate my favorite pizza restaurant with such a low star. However, it is deservedly based on my last visit. My friends son had a Birthday party on Saturday and I told her that I would bring pizza for everyone. I ordered 6 pizzas online, and requested the pick up time for three hours later, so as to give them time to make the pizzas and hopefully not put them in too much of a rush. I arrived at the location at 8:30, my scheduled pick up time, and on the door there was a handwritten sign that said “CLOSED DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGE. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.” I could see the warming oven from outside and there were 6 pizzas which I assumed were mine, left in the oven. I chose Little Caesars for the price, which totalled about 45 bucks. I was put into the position to find, order and pick up from an alternative pizza establishment, which ended up costing close to 85.00 bucks. They didn’t even try to call me to let me know they were closing before the posted time online. As of right now, January 31st, I’ve still not received any correspondence or even a refund of the purchase.

It was a positive experience. Grandchildren loved the food! Sorry to say this but much better experience and food than the one on Maiden Lane

Food was great and the employee was very nice. Although part of my order wasn’t made until after I arrived, I understood as the employee was the only person working during a lunch period time.

If you have children, Little Caesars is a great last minute lunch or dinner meal! The hot and ready pizzas are always on hand and are available in Cheese and Pepperoni. I was literally in and out within 2 minutes. Hot and ready pizzas are $5.99! Store is clean and well maintained. Parking is a little funky here due to the parking lot design, but luckily it does not take long to get your pizza so you can park crooked without worrying about getting towed or the death stare from other customers. The opinions stated here are my own and not provided to me by the owner/operator of this establishment. My goal is to provide honest feedback on my experience, and encourage everyone to provide feedback on their experience. Your experience and opinion may differ based on a number of factors. No monetary compensation was received and I was not required to write a positive or negative review.

I have a little sweetspot for Little Caesars unfortunately, so this review is a little biased but I’ll try to be as neutral as I can. Their pizza is always gonna be hit and miss, but when it hits, it’s amazing. When they miss I’d say their pizza is a little below average maybe lower, kinda like when you undercook the frozen pizza from Walmart that you usually like. Now onto service, at this particular location I went to yesterday had only 2 people working and several orders being thrown at them but they kept their cool and handled complaints. It would be nice if they had better management though. Little Caesars has been one of my most visited fast food places in my life, that’s why I say I may have bias in this review. I was just 10 when I had my first slice, and I did not like it the first time, the second time it was also not great, but the third time it was actually a hit and I realized the hidden gem Little Caesars was. Pizza is fairly good and is pretty cheap so if you really want a bite I suggest you absolutely cave on the urge and give it a try. You may not regret it.
