I went through the drive thru of this place and specifically requested a sandwich with no egg. They rang me up for a sandwich with no egg and it showed on the receipt. I am allergic to eggs so I make sure I state my request clear. I pull off and all my sandwich has us cheese and EGG! I took it back after running an errand and the guy that waited on me at the window didn’t offer an apology or anything. He took the sandwich, looked at the receipt and proceeded to speak with the employees. Finally a young lady came back to the window and handed me a bag and apologized. Please pay attention to your customers just as you do the money they give you for their orders.

Poor service, orders were all wrong, the staff was yelling at each other while we were there (including the manager) and the staff was rude to us. The muffins were dry and at least 4 days old. The facility was a mess and we were the only customers in there. The tacos and sandwiches were thrown in a bag and destroyed, and the bacon on an avocado toast wasn’t cooked. Never going back there

This place has really declined. I miss the sweet ladies in the morning and now there are some teenagers there. None of the drink ever taste good and soo much inconsistencies in how they are made. This morning I ordered a signature drink and basically got chocolate milk. After a month of trying to give it a chance I’m done. Go here at your own risk.

Poor service, slow and unreliable. Orders often wrong, but those that are right usually taste weird compared to other Dunkin’s. You can’t count on things being blended properly. Would not recommend.
