Took a train ride into Hoboken to walk around. Made a reservation here a couple days prior (must have a reservation and cash only). This was our first time at this establishment and it was superb. My dad had stuffed artichoke which he is still talking about. The linguine with clam sauce and lasagna special were outrageously good. The staff is pleasant, friendly and courteous. Will definitely be visiting again.

Where do I even begin!? This place is just awesome, I love how authentic the people and the food are! They had me and my wife smiling the whole time. It has been a long time since we’ve had a experience like this. I can’t believe that I lived in Hoboken for 10+ years without ever going here. It’s fantastic. The second I walked though the door, I knew by the aromas in the dining room, I was in for a night of good food. We (thankfully) got to taste everyone’s dishes and everything was exceptional. Veal picatta, chicken parm, lamb chops and GIANT veal chops were all so flavorful and well prepared. We also had the juiciest meatballs and the calamari (and its tomato sauce) was the best I’ve ever had. Great servers with sass! Make a rez and go.

Great italian food, rude staff. I’ve been to this restaurant several times and the food never disappoints, but my recent experience here will make it my last. The main lady running the restaurant was rude, and hurried us up to finish our food because regulars were waiting for a seat. She was rude in her demeanor and made everone uncomfortable. The couple waiting was mortified by her behavior and they kept apologizing to my friend and I.
