I usually order through the mobile-app so I can’t provide much insight for dine-in. I never have an issue when ordering through the app and my food is always ready and fresh we I get there – not to mention you can earn rewards & points by doing so. I have noticed the staff was increasingly more pleasant on my last visit. (For it being fast-food it is usually really delicious)

Won’t be back. Over priced slop, poorly made, by rude staff. The girls that work the drive through in the morning are the horrible. Avoid this Taco Hell. Go to Chic-Fil-A! Best staff! Always nice as can be and the order always comes out hot and fresh. Don’t throw your hard earned money at corporation like this with staff that would just as soon be at home with a blanket over their head sleeping in the morning rather than working an actual job.

I come to this Taco Bell a lot I always order the same thing, I have held off on reviewing till I had someone contact me about my experience last week. Since no one has reached out since then, not even the franchise owner after he offered a 50% discount ( I never asked for this it was offered and then never given), I feel the need to share my experience so people don’t have to deal with the rude manager Chris from here. Chris not only mocked me in the drive thru but then tried hide to deny it, he then proceeded to argue with me that he wasn’t being disrespectful for mocking me that he did nothing wrong, honestly just avoid this place all together Chris will probably disrespect you and mock you not just in the drive thru but to your face. All the other employees are really nice and they try to be as helpful as possible but I won’t be coming back.

JOHN is amazing. My food was actually hot and prepared perfectly. We just ordered at 1 am and he was so nice! Normally people are annoyed when you order so late, but he was more than accommodating.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I literally had to wait 16 minutes before they told me that someone took my order and that they had to remake it. This place is absolute garbage in terms of service. Plus they had ice cubes on the floor near the counter and could have posed a tripping hazard. Do not come here.

Friendly, fast, food was hot. 1st Taco Bell I’ve gone to lately with good service. Idk if it was an off day, but the ground beef didn’t taste as fresh as it could. My child said it was okay, but it wasn’t as good to me. However, that’s something that can be taken into consideration and then I can change to a 5 if I visit next time and it’s better.
