this location is terrible…catfish was gummy and not cooked fully chicken wasn’t good and they forgot my fries the only thing that was actually good was the okra and as soon as I placed my order online within 2 mins I had a txt saying my order was ready that should’ve been a red flag…will not be returning

Service is a problem, workers busy chatting with friends inside store. No hello, thank you. The chicken was cooked too hard and the pieces I preferred was not chosen.i agree wit another review far as Ghetto, Captain Jays will not last long at this location if they choose workers they don’t gaf bout their business with poor customer service. I visited the store after 9p so maybe they think can do whatever. I ended up throwing the food out and I won’t go back to that location.

We went to a different location about 2 yrs ago and We were disappointed then, Seen this location opened and thought let’s try it. Maybe different location would mean different out come!! NOPE..I would suggest never getting the cod fish or any fish here for that matter or maybe they need to train they cook on how to fry fish. It was so hard and over done we couldn’t even eat it. Thankfully I got the chicken fingers, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars,so 25$ later and only one meal was worth it. We definitely won’t be going back.
