Food was always good when I went for lunch! And the sandwich I like to get is no longer on the subway menu but the employees at this location always made exactly what I asked for. (Always the same guy working and he is super kind!)They have been under remolding for a couple months now and I’m excited to eat there again when they finish.

Worst subway experience ever, first of all the place was dark, no lights and were on, it was daylight out but still turn your lights on. It honestly looked like they were out of business, and there were no employees anywhere to be found, place looked like a deserted island. Then someone came out finally, wasn’t friendly, no hi how are you or how can I help you, anyways I was hungry and not thinking properly and I ordered a meatball sub, he then began serve me a meatball sub without even having the meatballs warmed up or anything, just pulled them out from under the pantry in a bag with sauce, i have never seen anything like this before but again i was hungry and not thinking. I had to go and fix his mistake when I got back to work and heat them up in the microwave, like who wants a cold meatball sub when it’s supposed to a hot sub and nice to have when it’s freezing out. Will never be back, do not go here. My stomach is starting to hurt now and I feel sick. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I purposely skip the Pinckney subways and come to this one because the guy behind the counter is a great guy, always has me laughing and makes a damn good sandwich, he’ll give me recommendation on what could enhance my sub eating experience and always has me in and out the door under 10 minutes. Thanks for the hardwork and positive attitude in times where most people choose to not work and be hand fed by the government.

We showed up less than an hour before closing. The two employees that were working stopped what they were doing to help us both. I have never received such great service at a Subway. The employees were friendly and funny, and made the experience enjoyable and it was fast. The food items seemed to be a little extra cold/frozen, which wasn’t their fault, but might want to check out the temps ?

Have visited this location several times in the past couple months. When visiting waiting 10-15 mins each time as the one employee was in the bathroom. He finally had taken our order and went back to the bathroom. Would hide in the bathroom until another costumer would arrive. Today when showing up the door was locked with a hand written sign on the door stating “Back in Ten Minutes” quite confused as the open sign in the window was lit up. Very unprofessional and a bit sketchy, won’t be returning to this location.

Worst experience at any subway in my life. Asked for a roasted chicken sandwich. Requested the chicken be warmed up in the microwave before toasted. Many places do this first. Without being asked. He didn’t want to do it. Asked me why if it’s getting toasted? Replied the toaster doesn’t hear the chicken enough. He argued with me and says he did it all the time. I immediately left and will never do business with with location. Don’t know his name but was a black man in a jean jacket.
