Nooki is a healthful, chef- driven , California inspired poke concept that uses local produce, sustainable fish, innovative ingredients. Nooki was created with the goal of providing healthy, nutritious yet flavorful and fun bowls and a more approachable way for diners to enjoy sushi. Our fine-casual restaurant concept takes all the familiar flavors of sushi and puts them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable and affordable bowl. Our other options includes build your own sushi burritos, and a lists of fresh made affordable sushi rolls on our daily menu. Finally, we are proud to call Stillwater home and to embrace the diverse culture that this town has to offer.

It’s good, but not great. It is nice and clean, and the service is good. My poke bowl was pretty good, I ordered the orange bowl and they allowed me to substitute the egg for kimchi cucumbers. While they ostensibly have gluten-free options, it’s at your own risk, there’s no tamari soy sauce available for the sushi, poke bowls, or burritos. They are convenient though and fast.

This place is amazing! If you say you don’t like it, I bet you have never actually been there because the food is amazing and they have the best fries I have ever had in my life. Definitely stop by and have a meal. Sorry if I get you addicted!

This has been our favorite place to eat in Stillwater so far! The food is so good and the service is quick. It’s a walk up order, but they brought the food to our table and brought anything we missed. We will definitely be returning.

After waiting for 30 minutes it was our turn to order. A red hair young lady asked what we wanted. My son said Angry Bird. Lady started making a bowl. My son said ma’am I wanted the burrito. She turned red in the face and said if you want a burrito you have to tell me. She dumped the rice out of the bowl and threw the bowl off to the side. She was so angry it was incredibly uncomfortable. My son even said “sorry, my bad” and she continued making the food while shaking her head. How were we supposed to know? It was our first time there. Same girl delivered the burrito and literally tossed the basket on the table -said nothing and walked away. The food was pretty good but horrible experience overall. I know labor is hard to come by but a serious lesson in basic customer service seems to be in order.

The food was great! I got the shrimp tempura bowl with rice and edamame, avocado, cucumber and crab meat and it was delicious! I also got the coconut chicken roll and that left something to the imagination, I wasn’t a fan. My friends ordered different sushi and that was goood, can’t remember the names though
