Showed up at 7:45 pm on a Saturday closing time said 8 PM I could hear someone playing music and singing inside. There were donuts on the shelves, but the doors were locked and I could not get a coffee and while I was waiting to meet someone I saw several other people try the door and leave as well. It happened today, October 8, 2022. A random Saturday in October is not the time for a place in Salem to close earlier than the posted time it’s going to be very bad for Business. Locals will not like it. I didn’t get dine in, takeout or delivery because they closed early I got absolutely nothing! Thank goodness for Coffee Time up the street saving the day!

This is the worst dunks around. I live close so I go for convenience I order a LG iced regular they give me hazelnut on many occasions, they don’t care about customer service they act like it’s your fault they give the wrong coffee,the doors are always locked when you try to walk in, the man who I believe that owns the place screams at you through the intercom with attitude because he just wants you in and out(the guy in the little shorts) then proceeds to tell be its not his fault because there is only two people working and walks away saying things under his breath. He used some dirty cup to scoop ice out to place in someone’s order. Do yourself a favor drive down bridge st to the corner of Boston st go to that dunks the girls in there are great the coffee is always on point and your treated percent better.

Getting a manager in here that holds the staff accountable and is present and supportive at the same time is exactly what they needed.

Originally I was going to give this place a 1 star. But quickly realized that isn’t fair to the afternoon crew that is absolutely amazing and kind and always makes my coffee on point. Now on morning shift there is this manager guy that everytime I go in there has some kind of attitude. Today he has the audacity to huff at me because he messed up my order which he would of got with no issue if he just payed attention while I was talking. It was such a simple order. I think due to this manager I may be taking my business elsewhere. It’s too early to be getting sass from a guy that is suppose to be an example to crew members that early in the morning.

seemingly never have donuts? they also don’t tell you when you order through a 3rd party delivery service so you have to jump though hoops for a refund. tried to call today to figure out what was going on and no answer. try not to order from this location if you can help it. a few other people I know have also had issues when ordering here.

I ordered through grub hub & had a horrible driver. But the candied pepper bacon was delicious & cooked perfectly. At other Dunkin donuts, they overcook the candied pepper bacon which takes away from the flavor. I really enjoyed the bacon and it made my morning, perked up my day. I would gladly order from this Dunkin Donuts location again.
