Zaffo’s Artisan Pasta is a local food business in Salt Lake City, UT. We offer fresh pasta, cooked to order and ready to take away and enjoy. Choose one of four different cuts of fresh pasta and one of five sauces and we’ll prepare it fresh in front of your eyes. We take our inspiration from pasta’s origins in Italy as a street food.
We also offer a selection of homemade Italian desserts and drinks to round out a perfect Italian meal.

Oh. My. Gosh. This pasta is AMAZING! Run, don’t walk, to get your fresh pasta from these lovely folks. As a new restaurant you may think they’re still figuring things out, but let me assure you their recipes are dialed and their pastas are delicious. The best pasta I have had in a very long time hand made and worth every affordable penny. The owners are such good people. The chef is Italian which means authenticity I ordered the Fresh Fettuccine with Pesto alla Genovese, Fresh Pappardelle with Ragù alla Bolognese, Tiramisu and Chocolate Panna Cotta.
