I don’t know how many times I’ve passed this place without trying it, but now I’m regretting all those missed opportunities! Great food, helpful staff, fair prices. We really enjoyed the fried seafood platter. French fries were award worthy! Thumbs up from the whole family!

Took the family here since we had some gift cards. Only issue we had was service. Had to wave down the waitress to get my water refilled and get the wife’s empty beer glass refilled. The food….amazing, The deep fried clams were so tasty. The wife got the maple salmon and that was spectacular. The kids got regular stuff as usual and wouldn’t try ours but that’s OK, more for us. The unassuming star of the meal was the coleslaw…….best weve had!!! We will be coming back for the food. Hope to try the onion rings and lobster next time.

The shareable platter of fried seafood was amazing (and a great value). Some of the best fries I’ve had. The Hazel Pickle burger was also fantastic. Clean inside, and great service! Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding in every way! This was not our first visit and it will definitely not be our last. Service was fabulous! Food is exceptional! Everything I have ever ordered has been above par. Servings are huge. Drinks are great!!! Staff is all very friendly!! I am a New Hampshire native and have eaten at every seafood restaurant in every corner of the state & Jake’s just can’t be beat!!

Excellent restaurant to finish the day, after hiking in the region. The dishes were delicious, and the dessert was fantastic. The staff was friendly, and our waitress was very kind. I totally recommend this place.

The seafood casserole is definitely the best I’ve ever had! Love the coleslaw and onion rings too! Very reasonable prices. It gets busy so we always come in the off hours. Husband loved his Shrimp Fra Diavlo and we make a point to stop by every year on vacation!

Food was good even though we ordered surf and turf and asked for haddock nuggets and got A big.slab of fish instead.. The service was lousy. HELLO. Got.seated sat for 10 minutes till she came over.. Got us drinks we ordered and food was delivered by someone else?? Food was wrong.. Waitress.was mia..never checked to see if.everything.was ok.. I had to go find tarter sauce.. Waiting on tables is not hard!!! We tip 30 percent she got 15.. Owners I’m not the first to complain about service!! Food is good!!!

This place never disappoints!!! Does get a little hectic when they’re busy but, they’re busy! Great proportions and fast service! Drinks are delicious and they have a great selection of small craft beer.
