Got off the bus and cooled off here. Food and service was good as usual. If there is one complaint, it’s that they no longer have Long John Silver food here. That was half the draw of coming to this location.

The staff here seemed overly annoyed at everyone and kept getting orders wrong. They completely forgot to give me my youngest’s meal and gave me attitude when asking for the receipt as proof, which I provided. The tables were all dirty, as was the floor. The food was the only decent part of the experience, except they definitely raised the prices because what once cost me $20 now costs $40.

I have been coming to this taco bell for the past year. I come as a regular and dine in usually, but on occasion go through the drive through. I would highly recommend if you have the time to dine in, as the environment is always quiet nice, smooth music throughout the lobby, pretty clean the majority of the time throughout the dining area, fairly clean facilities too, well stocked of condiments, straws, lids and never had an issue with the soda machine either during my experiences. As for the drive thru I have actually had an issue occur everytime, never getting the correct orders, honestly feel there is an unclear communication between the drive thru speaker to their headset or something of the sort. I always have to have my order fixed at the window. The menu options have become more limited since Taco Bell minimized the options but there are still plenty of favorites to choose from, and the quality is good, definitely for the extremely low prices compared to other fast food locations. For the reason to my 3 star review, it is solely due to the continuous mishaps through the drive thru. Aside from this the rest of the experience has been pleasant and I would recommend trying this location for yourself, “have some breakfast” sometime as well. Who doesn’t love Taco Bell?! Anyways the sweetest worker was working drive thru and I’m emotional as it is but when it came to this one specific worker, she had me in tears with how unbelievably sweet she was. She was an older woman and really was the perfect definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Long John Silver merged with Taco Bell. I have not gone to LJS dine in so my friend and I ordered for lunch. There is something about tender chicken was undercook. It needs to have the Health/Food department inspection on raw poultry/red meats dates. All others are good!

Computers were down and couldn’t take any orders so had to just pull through the drive through. They leave a garbage can sticking out in drive through and broke my mirror because it is at wrong height and couldn’t see it. Asked the if they could move it or slide it back and they said no they wouldn’t do anything and didn’t care. I didn’t even ask them to pay for the mirror, just move the can.

Quick service. Drive thru has gotten better. Some times there are a few young workers that can be really rude. Mostly it’s fast decent food. Cheap and affordable. Have not been inside much to recall cleanliness. It is nice to be able to have options of either restaurant or both.
