Ordered a pizza for carry out .. we are not from Lincoln decided to try this pizza …picked it up got to my daughters in Lincoln- opened the box there was very little sauce on the pizza it was a large1/2 hamburger 1/2 pepperoni with extra cheese pizza .. not to hard… was over cooked.. dry… could have bought a couple frozen tombstone pizzas and had a better meal… never again will we be back to papa Johns pizza don’t want to even give a one star rating but to post this I have to

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One well done, the other regular. Used the app, which tells you when the pizza is ready for pickup. Showed up to one pizza being done, fortunately it was well done one, right? So they made the other pizza and threw it in the oven and had me wait while my well done pizza got cold. Sure. No offer of apologies at this point. About 8 minutes goes by, I get my 2 pizzas and leave. Got home and prepared to eat my pizzas only to find that the “well done” pizza, was not well done, but completely under cooked. They are bringing me a new pizza, but , this one was special

Papa John’s used to be the king of delivery pizza if you asked me 10 years ago. Not anymore. I’ve had 3 bad experiences from here and not a good one in the last two years. One time my order was so cold my garlic butter sauce was solid and cold. Better get your order right the first time on the app because one time I made a mistake and called over 20 times with no answer. I accidentally had the wrong address and couldn’t ask them to fix it so it went to the wrong place and had to drive there to get it. I’ve switched to Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza with light cheese, came out perfectly, got bread sticks that were tasty! And my favorite, the cinnamon pull aparts were absolutely the best. Everything was warm up on delivery and the driver was a very nice gentleman.

Frick this place. Called at 10:10pm as I was at a nearby hotel and nothing else was open. Placed and order. Order guy said it’d take 25-30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes go down in the lobby, no call no show. Called the store. No answer. Looked at papa tracker, still shows being made. Called customer service, and they’re basically, sorry store has closed, too bad.

Ordered a 32.00 order online and they charged my debit card over $331.00 totally 10 different transactions! Spoke to the manager who pulled up a printed receipt verifying my single delivered order and referred me to a corporate number to call. Called them snd they said it was my mistake and I must have hit order 10 times for 2 different amounts! I said well then if that was true, where’s the other 9 orders I didn’t get!! Asked for my money to be instantly returned as they instantly took it and was told I could dispute it with my bank! Got pizza wings and breadsticks last night for about $52. Delivery was very very long, food was cold and not even tasty when it finally showed up, AND the pizza was wrong. It had onions on it. Which I’m allergic to.. So disappointed. I’d rather have just saved my money I feel like what I got wasn’t worth anything at all.
