I typically have good experiences at potbelly, however tonight I left disappointed. Not only did the person taking my order not give the correct size, I did not get all the ingredients I had asked for. When I realized I had the wrong size sandwhich, I went back to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

The person making sandwiches asked if we wanted to add a 2nd sandwich as it was but 1, get 1 free, so we did. Once it was time to pay she then revealed it was a promo only through the app so we ended up paying for a second sandwich that we did not anticipate paying for. To make matters worse, there has been no response from customer service after contacting them about this.

At first order was incorrect, they did their absolute best to correct it and apologized. The staff worked as a team and was super friendly. Best experience with this location and will be coming back. Lunch experience was fabulous, thanks to Pot Belly Mt. Prospect!

I use to love Potbelly, but boy did they go downhill. Prices are much higher and they are skimping on the meat. This last time literally 1 1/2 oe maybe 2 slices of turkey and the Swiss cheese missing Turkey and Swiss pick up order. This is the second time, so this must be new policy. I stopped going to Quiznos because of this years back and they went out of business!
