My boys absolutely love your pizza, especially the crust. In our house there is never any debate on what pizza place, you guys win hands down every time!! I’m especially grateful, because I have an autoimmune disease, so I always have to have light sauce. They never forget and trust me small details like that can be easily forgotten, but they never do. I had a gift card for Domino’s that I wanted to use on a Tuesday evening and got on the website to order and first could not change an option for time when trying to place an order then it said the store nearest me was closed. So I decided to just look at a menu online to see what I wanted so I could call and place my order But there is no way to check the menu without putting a start time in first which as stated previously I was unable to do. So I called the store to see if they were open. The store was open and a gentleman answered the phone and asked me if it was carry out or delivery. I live in the town next to where the business is and they usually deliver to our local dollar store. So when I asked for a delivery the young man yelled to the back of the store and asked if anyone was going to this town and I heard a gentleman in the background say no so the gentleman returns to the phone and says we are short delivery drivers we can’t deliver tonight and I asked where was the closest place they could and they stated a car dealership between our two towns and I said that is fine The gentleman said again we are short a driver tonight and I said that’s fine I can pick up from the car dealership and then he hung up on me. I would expect this from a business that was not established but Harrisburg having Domino’s for decades now they should really have some of their kinks worked out especially when someone is just trying to find a price guide.. not sure if I’ll ever use my gift card now because of the poor poor service and information unavailable.

I don’t know how hard it is for employees to be able to read orders and make the food the right way the very first and then to still screw up the replacement order from the original order. Maybe if customer started to stand up more or decided to file a civil lawsuit against the harrisburg il domino’s then maybe they will start to make the food right and have people their that know how to read the right way

The last 2 times we got pizza and cheesy bread here it was a bust. Last time the cheesy bread was burnt and all the the cheese was cooked out and brown and crunchy. Our pizza crust was really hard. The time before that our pizza was cut in squares and someone must have cut it again in triangles so it was just a box of a bunch of little odd shapes. I can’t believe they sent it out looking like that. It was a complete mess and really hard to eat. We won’t order from here again.

The pizza I ordered was good, but the oven baked Italian sandwich I ordered was not what I expected. There was one piece if paper thin burnt piece of meat on each half and no cheese. I will order Pizza Hut next time I guess. This order was a waste of my money. Never again Dominos will you get one penny from me!!

The pizza is good and cooked just right. The price however is high and the sizes of the pizza is smaller compared to everyone else. Their “large” is not as big as a large pizza at the other pizza places plus they charge more than the others for it. If they lowered the prices and/or made the pizzas bigger I would go there more often.
