As a truck driver I’ve been to Atleast 80 waffle houses across the country and this one has to be the best one food and service wise. They’re all Waffle House and you should know what you’re getting when you come here but that’s gotta be the best Waffle House meal I’ve ever had. Whoever was cooking the white lady maybe mid 30’s on 8/19/23 at 9 pm made waffle houses mediocre ingredients into a delicious breakfast dinner for me. Top tier cooking.

We stop in just about every Saturday. The service is “down home” and we greatly appreciate the servers. I love the Fiesta Omelette topped with chilli. My wife enjoys the cheese omelette, also topped with chili. Ask the people working there the about the $1M club. It is pretty amazing how dedicated these people are. Again, I really appreciate the people there.

This place doesn’t look like much on the outside, but trust me you get inside and the whole atmosphere changes! I’ve never seen so many happy people at work you can tell they really love their job and they care about their customers. When I arrived with my friend, my waitress Yamika helped me plan my breakfast, as I had some pretty serious food allergies and between the two of us we came up with a wonderful breakfast solution for me that left me full until supper time. I can never thank her enough for being so careful and understanding about my allergies and coming up with a wonderful solution.

The food is good but Do not attempt to make a call in order here. They don’t answer the phone. I called them several times no answer. 2x I’ve called over and over from my house to the restaurant and no answer. I pull up and there’s no one inside eating and the staffs just hanging out. So swinging through on your lunch break for a plate isn’t a good idea.

Waffle house is one of those places I always try to hit at least once when I am on the road since there is not one within 45 minutes of me. The staff of 1273 was pleasant. Our salesperson Linda was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife always orders her hash browns scattered well and is sometimes disappointed at the results. The grill operator working the morning of 27 December made them perfect! We were very happy with our experience and may try to visit again when we are in the area.
