First off I know pictures and ads are deceiving. My wife and myself ordered the loaded fries. Mine crinkle cut and hers curly. They were ok but didn’t have near enough bacon or chicken cuts. Had there been more of those it would be awesome.

We got 2 double beef and cheddar sandwiches and fresh with a coupon, and they were really great, alot of meat and cheese, they did not scrimp on, the amount of meat on these sandwiches !!! Great food and service too. Thanks !!!

These guys make false advertisements now. Tried to get the garlic ribeye sandwich on last day only to be told they didn’t have it anymore. If Arby’s did what they say their going to do and make their sandwiches exactly like they have them advertised in the pictures well then they would have something special.

Got dinner for the family. How do you order a large fry and get the same amount as a medium. Guy at the counter forgot my drink. It was a mobile order. I selected it all so there couldn’t be an error on their part. Figure out your life.

The red-headed cashier in the drive through was SO irritated. He was slamming items around and shook a paper bag so hard opening it that he had to get a new bag. He had no reason to be irritated with us as we had just pulled up, so this was residual anger. Also, the girl taking orders could not be understood through the extremely loud speaker. Overall, not a great experience. Aside: had to wait about 10 minutes past the window for our food. No biggie, but it’s not fast.

Arby’s needs to focus on training their employees to listen to the customer. The last 3 times we have ordered at drive thru we have not gotten any sandwich that we actually ordered. You cannot open every sandwich to check it at the drive thru and by the time you drive the distance home you don’t want to go back to have it corrected. Really bad attention to detail on orders. Arby’s management we will not be back. There are far to many choices with better service quality. To bad because the product is good IF you ever get what you order.

Normally love Arby’s but did not enjoy this experience. Ordered several combo meals and all had the poorest quality of food. From soggy buns and old veggies to burnt over cooked dry chicken. The fries that Normally are amazing seemed as if the had been the leftover remnants of a lunch rush that had been sitting for hours. To top it off we had to pull ahead and wait 15 min for what was claimed to be made fresh.
