This by far is the best pizza hut in the Henry county area. The staff is always friendly and professional. My pepperoni personal pans are always cooked to perfection with an ample amount of pepperoni (more than 1 pepperoni on a slice). They are remodeling right now, looking forward to the finished product.

Today I ordered some food from this location for delivery through the app. It was easy and simple. I did make the mistake of choosing the wrong flavor for my 8 piece boneless breaded wings. So I called the number listed for this store and I spoke with a nice young woman named Shannon G. I told her I wanted garlic parmesan instead of the medium buffalo sauce. Shannon was so patient and helpful. She assured me that I would be accommodated. The food was here in 20 minutes and everything was correct! I’m glad I ordered the lunch special. This is definitely my favorite location from now on!

I tried…the delivery driver forgot the red pepper and parmesan. That’s literally the difference between Pizza Hut and Domino’s. I gave it back to him…I don’t know how a driver could forget this ♂️ update, after the driver left i called Marcos Pizza. Driver showed up with red pepper, parmesan, paper plates, and even napkins. WIN!

Pizza hut in locust Grove need to do better. Each time I try to give it a chance we are always disappointed. They overcook everything! The pizza melts were so hard and crunchy we couldn’t even enjoy them. I try not to order from this location because I know the crust Will be hard or the wings bland,but sometimes just don’t feel like driving to McDonough. Next Saturday I’ll just make the drive at least it’ll be worth it. New cooks needed!!!!!!

Had 2 different orders messed up. Been waiting weeks for a call back and the manager just called me back and yltold me they do not offer refunds and she could give me a 10 dollar gift card. Told her they lost my business and she could keep her future business bait and switch. Why would I want a gift card to shop there if you have messed up the only 2 order I have there in the past 90 days

The pizza was great, but ever since the remodeling the atmosphere feels off. It’s very sterile feeling and less homey. Really seems like they’re gearing more towards take-out than sit down these days. Which is sad since Pizza Hut is the last mainline pizza place to do sit down.
