I did the drive-through and the wait was longer than expected but I’m sure it was the customer in front of me. My order was taken very quickly and my food was ready when I reached the window. My order was correct and the window attendants were kind and professional about the transaction. I had visited this place a while back and didn’t have a good experience. I think it might be under new management? I would go back.

The manager was very unprofessional did not even know the aspects of the crown points. How does someone get promoted and cannot keep up with the components of the restaurant. Customer service is paramount I was able to show her the crown points and my ability to get the product free that’s the whole aspect of the points yet she wanted me to purchase another item. I asked her to show me where did it indicate that within the guidelines of the crown points. She could not. I wasted 150 and she would not move a finger to try and at least get me the points back. The points are given from the money you waste the things you buy why would you not want to remedy that. Her body language and attitude was poor and it relayed I don’t care and she walked away. Great manager and great point system.

Food is always good it’s Burger King unfortunately seems like staff would rather be somewhere else which seems to be the way restaurant’s/ fast food dinning is heading. This is the only restaurant I have seen that requires you to have a bag to pick up your food if you’re giving the food cold. What is the point of having a bag. Make sure the food is hot before printing notes and stick them on the doors and counters,

The manger there is awful and treats people not the right way no thank you or make you feel good about spending your money there never gets your order correct the food is old and gives you a attitude when she gets your order wrong also after all of this I saw her and another employee what seem to be rush to get out side to get high smh do go here and came back inside and didn’t wash her hands and made to kids ice cream cones.

If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter went to drive Thru and when asked for a sandwich another lady jumped on the intercom saying we don’t have the ingredients to make that right now but in a really rude and nasty tone. So my daughter decided not to order anything and drive off. You will NOT get our service with that type of attitude. As she drove off the African women was outside talking to someone in a car with her head set on and looks at my daughter while she drives away and says Bye B!#@h. Like really how rude and unprofressional this is. When I called to get corporate # the lady on the phone gave it to me but when I ask for that lady name she hung up on me. When I called again to ask her for her name she hung up again. So unprofessional at this location. I hope they would hire the right team for this location.

CAUTION WHEN EATING HERE! I made the choice to have Burger King in West Springfield, MA on Riverdale Road, and I was casually eating my fries until I got to the bottom of the container and noticed a crusty, greasy screw!! Thank god I noticed it before I choked on it. I proceeded to call the corporate office, and the rep told me he would submit a ticket and I would receive a call back…still waiting on that call. As if I was not frustrated enough, I decided to go back to the store to inform the manager and to make sure that it does not happen to anyone else. She took the bag into a back office and came back with the response “there aren’t any screws in our fry holder”..as I glance over and see atheist 3 screws in plain site! The food is expensive and the food warm on the cold side. For two Whoppers I paid 16 dollars. And the large lemonade was straight up water. The workers are not friendly but not mean.. Last time I come hear. With 32 dollars I could’ve just went to Stop and Shop and have more food and quality. Be patient when getting food around these parts. You will regret coming here, wasting hard earned cash..

Horrible service here! Don’t expect to get your order correct in drive thru. The ladies here are rude, arrogant & extremely nasty to customers & have a really bad attitude. The manager is also a joke & needs to be retrained on customer service! I am not surprised this BK only got 3 stars, I can see why. I’m surprised it wasn’t less. This is my 1st time coming here & it will also be my last. Absolutely worst restaurant ever. I don’t know how these employees even have a job here. I’m sure they’ve received multiple complaints. The woman from drive thru actually laughed in my face after making a mistake with my order & the manager laughed also. No apologies given. I don’t think this is how you’re supposed to treat paying customers. I’m amazed at the disrespectful behavior of this staff. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. I also plan to file a complaint with corporate. You won’t last long if you keep up with that demeanor! Inside of the restaurant was very dirty & in desperate need of cleaning. Very unimpressed. If you’re in West Springfield, I highly suggest going someplace else, anywhere but here for food! Huge disappointment. Never again. I’m glad they had a survey on my receipt, I was certainly pleased to inform BK of my horrible experience here. Do not waste your time or money please. With so many other nearby restaurants, you’re much better off taking your business elsewhere…unless you want the wrong order & to be treated terribly. Awful service. Incredibly unacceptable! I’ve never had such a negative experience at any fast food restaurant before, and I’ve visited several. Please hire new staff, properly train them & clean this place up if you expect to stay in business. I’m surprised they weren’t shut down by now by the board of health, between the dirty lobby/dining area & the careless, neglectful behavior of staff.
