I used the drive thru, and it took ten minutes for the car ahead of me to get their ice cream. So by the time I got mine, it had been about 15 minutes. Overall, the peanut buster parfait I ordered was ok, but it didn’t taste quite right compared to others I have gotten in the past. I’m not quite sure what the difference was, but I didn’t even finish it.

My son got me a gift card for mothers day. The new BBQ chicken strip were Devine, and they still have dipped cones from wayyyyy back. Not just ice cream, burgers, rungs and fries too! Over looked and under rated. Great place.

I went through the drive through and ordered a sundae and a sandwich combo meal. They had me pull forward and later brought out the ice cream that I had ordered. 40 minutes later… a male employee comes out stating how he made the wrong meal, but I could have the wrong meal he made instead. I denied, stating how I would prefer a full refund after he stated how if I did want my actual meal I ordered, it would be another long wait… after already waiting 40 minutes. He stated to us how he doesn’t know if he can do that, but he will ask his manager. A female employee came out to my vehicle later asking what was wrong and if a cash refund is okay, as I did originally use my card to pay. I obliged, as I did not want to be there any longer than I had to at this point. The service was slower than I ever could have imagined and the customer service was quite poor as well. I am not impressed and will not be returning.

Went there tonight and and the way the outside of our cups looked was not ok at all. We could see the dirt from who ever made out blizzards our cups had stuff from making our blizzard’s ok n the outside of our cups All over. When we went back through the drive thru to have them remake our stuff we had to repeat ourselves four times. The one girl was like what’s the problem she said it like 100 times, and then looks at her hands. The girl then goes and jump’s on her phone, not to professional at all I totally understand being a teenager isn’t easy.. come on you guy’s have got to have better customer service..

Today is Friday, July 21st. I was just inside ordering at 7:50 p.m. when I witnessed a tall thin female employee working the drive-thru grab two cups at the ice cream machine. One fell on the floor and she picked it up and used it. I feel for the person in the drive-thru that ended up getting their order with a cup that fell on the floor.

What happen to respecting your customers? Employee was rude and they dress like everyday play time and hair not tied back. So some kids today have no work ethic. Over all we love the Dairy Queens ice cream . The help is terrible. Sorry to say it is every where.
