At about 11:20pm (09/02/23) at the drive through, the employee who wasn’t wearing a name tag took my order and informed me that they “had no meat ready and it would take about 8 minutes” so I said “no worries, I don’t mind”. He replied over the intercom “They never do…” in a very irritated tone as if it annoyed him. Moments later he or another employee (not sure) stepped out the back door and loudly complained “of course y’all are pulling up right before 12:00” again in a very irritated tone for us all to hear. I don’t write alot of reviews but thats completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This guy needs to be reprimanded.

this Burger King is terrible. I’ve came 3 days in a row thinking the outcome would be different and it’s been the same every time

This used to be my favorite place to eat but service lately has become horrible they make you wait to pay for your food so it’ll be ready when you get to the pickup window. If you do get to pay as you pull up then they either hold your change or card until your food is ready. They have some kind of clock that shows how long you wait for your food it don’t start until you pull up to the pickup window by making you wait at the first window is to make them look good by not making you wait at the pickup window. I know this because I was told that’s why. I stopped by a couple weeks ago when I got to the pickup window to get my food I was asked to pull up and wait for them to bring me my food there wasn’t anyone behind me so why should I have to pull up. I refuse to pull up anymore I order first and I expect to be waited on first.

Not sure why BK was even built here. Should have been a Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, or something people actually go to. Parking lot is always empty when I drive by and employee’s sitting on the sidewalk. The few times I have visit in the past you are waiting 15-30 minutes (empty lot). Like others have stated, they will make you wait at the first window so they do not run the clock up at the second.

Chaotic dysfunctional train wreck does not even describe the service I witnessed. I entered the lobby to see three people that had ordered waiting on their food. Three employees, Ray (bagger/ drive through guy), Shawn (sandwich guy/ cashier?) and fry guy. After a few minutes the couple received their order and left. I don’t know how long they had waited for their order. The look on their faces was shock and disbelief. Door dash girl had been asked several times what she had ordered. I had been asked twice what I ordered, I haven’t ordered yet. Ray couldn’t find orders, yelling at Shawn, Shawn yelling back about where sandwiches were located, right in front of Ray. Ray trying to work the drive through. Shawn furiously putting out sandwiches. Fry guy barely moving, doing nothing but fries very slowly. Occasionally relying on Ray to bag the fries for him. I still haven’t ordered. A good ten minutes go by and door dash girl gets asked a few more times what her order is. She confides in me that ray has her order in front of him without fries. Patiently waiting we watch as this unfolds. She finally tells Ray where her order is and that if he puts fries in it she’ll be on her way. He checks her receipt and adds fries. I still haven’t ordered. In enters a guy from the drive through that has a mistake in his order. When I say mistake, I mean a wrong sandwich and missing another sandwich. Five minutes later his wife and daughter enter wondering what’s taking so long. Drive through guy and I watch as Ray tries to correct the order. I still haven’t ordered. Fry guy is shaking baskets and watching the order monitor. Ray continues putting sandwiches in bags and checking the monitor and taking sandwiches out of bags and into other bags. Shawn continues putting out sandwiches. Ray having a hard time finding sandwiches and putting orders together even though sandwiches are stacking up in front of him. Fry guy bags a couple more fries and stands by. I still haven’t ordered. Shawn is apparently caught up on sandwiches and runs to the counter taking his gloves off. Shawn’s a cashier! He asks me what I’d like to order. A cking sandwich and whopper. Shawn explains the additional time for the cking sandwich and I make the call for an original chicken. Shawn makes a suggestion to save me money and tells me the differences in the sandwiches I wanted to order and his money saving order. In all my BK visits all over, no one explained to me (except Shawn) that some big king deluxe sandwich, or something like that, is a whopper without lettuce and it is on the two for five menu and whoppers aren’t. Thank you. I’ve been wanting a whopper on the two for five and just got this life hack explained Thank you Shawn. Drive through family finally got their order straightened out, we exchanged pleasantries and they left. Shawn leaves the front, tucks his super hero cape in and goes to make my sandwiches. Almost moments later I received my order and left. I don’t know how many people per shift it takes to run a BK, but it’s more than three. Maybe three Shawn’s could do it, but there wasn’t three Shawn’s. Hire someone, train people, get a manager, do something! I don’t know what would happen there if it was busy. BK, I’m blessed and thankful for the life lesson in patience. Any other day or time, I would have washed my hands with BK all together. And thank you for the story I will tell over and over.
