Placed an order online for a rotisserie-style chicken salad with dressing. Was given a fried chicken salad with no dressing. Went back to store and the manager was very rude to the employee who was trying to help me, so I spoke up to him directly. Manager said they don’t have rotisserie chicken anymore and he “could not” give me a refund for an online order. Said I had to cancel the order online. It’s not possible to pull the order back up, so it cannot be canceled, which I explained to him. He still insisted he could not give me a refund. He was very loud and very short with me just as he had been with the employee. I threw the food away, walked out, and called corporate. I will NEVER visit this DQ again. The way he treated the employee was beyond ridiculous, not to mention the fact that he refused to give me a refund or make it right in any way. That employee has always been very poliet and helpful every time I’ve been in that resturaunt. I really don’t know why he still works there.

Had to wait along time in line. Not sure I’d they were short staffed or what. Didn’t look that way but they took our order then took a long time to make it then took the next order and did the same. Just didn’t seem efficient.

On May 19th, I went through the drive-thru and wasn’t greeted but told to order when ready. Advised what I wanted & was told to pull around. Arrived at the window and my order wasn’t correct but the young lady corrected it. They forgot my daughter’s Strawberry Sunday but realized it was already made & on the counter. Arrived at home in Fort Valley only to find our burgers were incomplete (no lettuce, bacon wasn’t cooked, and given too many onions) and sloppy. Called but no one answered & didn’t want to drive the 15-20 mins back to Perry. The entire drive-thru and cooks need to be retrained.

Always loved this place since I was a child. Decent customer service, quick and fresh food and they never look at me crazy when I place custom orders. Definitely a staple in Perry and will always stop here when given the opportunity

Be aware if you have a lowered vehicle like a lift van that the parking lot and road have bad angles and you will scrape. Also, the food was hot but you will wait for it

The workers are very nice and polite here but not wearing a hairnet or at least have hair up high so it won’t fly all in to the food/shakes. That person was slinging head around making that hair extension or whatever flying all into the top of my milkshakes. . Very disgusting………..
