During my recent visit to this store, I received meat instead of the banana peppers that I had ordered. As a result, I had to return to the store to get the correct item. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that no apologies were offered for the error. When I inquired about the mistake, the response I received was that the store was busy, and they messed up.

Called and someone picked up and mumbled something then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back…someone picked up after 4 minutes and just left the phone off where I heard kitchen noise with no responses. Called a 3rd time…no answer. To be expected from a place that serves cardboard with spaghettio sauce and fromunda cheese. Shame on me for trying it out for a pool party.

Horrible customer service. Called to ask about order, and was put on hold 5 times. Couldnt find order even with order number. Asked why what should’ve been 25 min took over an hour and received attitude. “Sorry, were busy. Complain on yelp.”

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE other reviews say that bad customer service that was part of it first the pizza was really bad and it was burned not Ben animals could eat it as you can see in the pictures not even dogs would eat it and I got a large amount of pizza went back to complain but I called first he said come to me in person and after I did he said I am going to talk to the workers about this and then you can come back later to get your money

I rarely leave reviews, and have never left such a bad review. One star is too many. About a week ago, I placed an order to be delivered. I was caring for my two granddaughters and that was what they requested. It never arrived. My 8 year-old granddaughter and I were checking the front step constantly. No delivery. I finally called and was told the order was not in the store. I asked if that meant it would be delivered and the response was (rudely) “I don’t know, I am not a delivery person”. Really???? The next day I called the “manager”. (I am told he is the owner). He said his records show it was delivered. I assured him that it was not and that I was cooking pasta for the children after 9 because our order had not arrived. He did not apologize for our not having received the food, seemed totally uninterested. I said I wanted a refund to my credit card. He said it would take 48 to 72 hours. I stopped in after a few days; he was not there and no one could help me (though they called him while I waited). Over a week now and still no credit. Anyone can make a mistake. Possibly they delivered to the wrong address. However the customer service was SO lacking and I’ve still not received my refund, I’ll never use that location again.

Taking in to account it is a Domino’s, and assuming you are after that kind of pizza … the online deals always give a good price and the service here was efficient, polite and fast. Everything a Domino’s should be, and so much better than some other Domino’s in the area.

I ordered twice from this place and both times now I have gotten sick. The first time I ordered medium pizza and stuffed cheese. The cheesey bread was so burnt I could not eat it. The chicken on the pizza was so burnt even picking time off was not gonna save it. The last pizza looked ok but soon after eating I ended up with a stomach ache and fever. Figured maybe it was a fluke .
