super delicious, super quick service, and everyone was so nice! we got the coconut shrimp, salad/miso soup, and the following rolls: firecracker, september, and the mango roll. they were so yummy, and i was so full by the end.

Small place, good food. We came in on a Tuesday around 6pm and there were no free tables that were clean, but someone got to work quickly and fixed that.

We had called to make sure they had sushi boats, and they said that they did. We requested a boat but they gave us a platter. Still great sushi and good service, but we had come specifically for the boat. Other than that, it everything was good. Outdoor patio open Th-Sat they said.

The food was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the sushi and bento boxes! The only thing I wasn’t fond of was not being able to sit with our entire party. We had to split our party in half because of the space.

This was my first visit to Biwako and definitely will not be my last. Rolls were large, delicious and the bill was very reasonable!

First time trying something new. What a great experience. Food was bursting with flavor, we even special order sushi off of a hidden menu. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I would recommend stopping in and trying something new.

Biwako is “THE” sushi restaurant, no others exist. Sure, you can find a plethora in the area these days but none compare to this one. The hubs and I have been coming here since they first opened and have been faithful ever since. Not to say we haven’t deviated a few times while on vacation but we always end up comparing the food to Biwako’s and have learned that it never measures up. So why bother? We often get take out but I do suggest dining in at least once so you can try their miso soup and the salad they serve. I recommend trying the wasabi dressing as I’m not a fan of ginger. We tend to order the same rolls repeatedly but I can’t imagine any of their food is bad. So if you’re craving sushi and want to try the best place around, I recommend the spicy Cali (my kid’s favorite!), the crunch n’ munch, the caterpillar, and the Andrew’s special. A big “Thank You!” to Andrew, the owner, for taking such good care of us over the years and maintaining such a fine establishment. We hope you’re in business for years to come!

Huge props on the house ginger dressing — acidic, gingery. No yum yum sauce-likeness in there which is ✨perfect✨! Sushi is on par or better than others in the area as well. I’ll definitely be back!
