Before Chick-fil-A was built in Missoula, we drove to Kalispell to enjoy the fresh chicken sandwiches and hot, gooey, cheesy Mac and Cheese. Never once did we get mediocore or bad food. When the Missoula business opened in November of 2022, we looked forward to getting our favorite food within walking distance from our home.

I would highly recommend parking your car and going inside as that is going to be faster and a over all better experience than the drive-thru! There is plenty of setting and it is very clean. The staff are friendly, friendly and helpful. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, and my daughter loves the chicken nuggets.

Ordered 3pc chicken strips, 4pc chicken strip 8pc chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwich. They forget to the 4pc strips and the chicken stripes were smaller than the nuggets. Paid way to much for such little food, unless they gave us happy meal sizes by mistake. Service was friendly but never again.

I have been eating at CFA all my life and was shocked, in two separate visits, how terrible the service was because the restaurant is drastically understaffed. If I worked there I would feel so unsupported. The lines were long (one register open with a line out the door), our orders were significantly late and incorrect. People were waiting for ages just to get a refill. Management/owners, please support your staff and your customers by having enough people working to support the demand.

Stopped by here on Saturday. My family has been to numerous Chick-fil-A across the country. This particular location took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through on a mobile pickup. Even in the busiest locations, I have never waited 30 minutes. To make matters worse, sauces were missing, and we were given a few items that were not correct.

Had to change my 5 stars to 2 stars. I love their food and customer service, but they got my order wrong 4 times in a row! Every time I order grilled nuggets, they always give regular nuggets. They had me come back to give me the right food but that order was wrong too again and again. Idk why they can’t get it right. At least they let me keep the wrong ordered food.
