Visited this location for a quick bite to eat on our drive from California to Arizona. The restaurant is located inside of Walmart. Due to Pandemic, only Take Out right now. Mark, who took our order, was a real standout for Customer Service . He was professional and polite

This is the Burger King located within Walmart. Surprisingly it’s also the BEST Burger King I’ve ever been in. It’s SO CLEAN. They’re constantly cleaning. The staff are always very friendly, articulate and fast. The manager works the front line and is right there anytime an employee needs help. You can see him in the picture working. The iced tea is seriously fresh brewed (also by the manager) it’s still hot and they give you lots of ice since the tea is hot. The food is always fresh and well made. They even have a week day label on the big ketchup pump so it gets replaced very frequently. I’ve never see a fast food restaurant bother with that. I’m not a huge fast food fan because I’m usually scared of the quality but I always get a Whopper when I’m at this Walmart.

Went in today and only ordered a frozen drink, doesn’t work, was offered “mystery’ but they didn’t know what it was. Asked for a shake. Guy had to ask if machine was working, yes, it is. But it wasn’t. I saw three people who were working. One was doing nothing, another came in and asked the third if he knew how to work the machine, but she turned and pivoted back out. One guy was working. He was an older man. I felt bad for him.

Inside Walmart at far right end of store. Easy access. Food hot, coffee exceptional. Croissant breakfast sandwich could have been fresher…appeared dog eared but warm and good. Happy to have helped out a favorite franchise. Counter person very pleasant, accommodating. Will return.

I was at the Burger king inside Wal-Mart in Palm Desert at around 6:55 pm. It was not a busy time. Few people in the dining area and only 1 family in front of me to place an order. I ordered a value cheeseburger with NO special request. I stood at the pick-up counter thinking it couldn’t take very long. There were 3 workers on duty. One taking orders, one bagging orders to hand out and a cook. I waited 10 minutes and then asked if there was a reason why they had not giving me my cheeseburger. First she told me that my order was not marked expedited then said I was told that it had already been given to you. I had stood at the pick-up counter for 10 minutes and she never asked my name for my order. I finally said just give me back my money I don’t want the food. She said she couldn’t do that I would have to wait for the manager. Finally the boy who was cooking (Jay) came up. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was the shift lead. I said I want the manager and he said he was gone. I asked for his name and he would not give it to me. I could only read his name on the name tag. After 15 minutes I left without ever receiving food or my money back. The 3 people working did not care about taking care of the customers. These are the kind of people who want to demand $15. an hour and shouldn’t even have the job. The manager needs to watch the security camera footage of how his/her employees work when they are not there.

Me and my wife bought two original chicken sandwiches today and not thinking it was necessary to study them began to eat them and my wife noticed something on the bun we started to inspect them and found mould on them. We were offered new ones which we passed on for obvious reasons and then offered a refund. The employees didn’t seem very concerned or apologetic. We’ve felt sick the entire day after this hopefully we don’t get any worse.

Just stopped in for some quick shopping, decided to try their new tacos – yea tacos at Burger King, who’da thunk? The tacos were crispy and crunchy, reminiscent of Jack’s but the salsa and meat were tastier! The only down side to this place was the cleanliness of the tables and floor…

Was waited on today around noon. Not a normal Burger King customer, but was at Walmart waiting for a prescription. Went to the counter the cashier says “what do you want “? I gave my order, paid for my food the cashier reached down tore the receipt , didn’t look up and handed it to me. I assumed she was done and wanted me to move on, I stopped got eye contact and said “thank you for this” as I waived my receipt. No thank you,
