Food is slooooow. I mean, you pull right up, one car in the other order lane. Yes, they say just a moment but that turned into an 6 minute “moment”. Continue around. The cashier/card lady is always the friendliest (reason for the extra star). Pull up to the one car in front of me waiting to get food. Like another 4-5 minutes before they leave. Then I wait another 2-3 minutes before a worker even opens the window to say anything. I get my drink and have to pull around to the front to wait! I sit another several minutes as I see the cars behind me leave. And all this time for what you ask?

Hard to get the order right the first time but usually fast service. However I can’t believe how they don’t take any effort in making a simple cheeseburger or how they don’t even give you any sauce for the bland nuggets. They are better with sauce. Can’t get a quick bite nicely without terrible service.

Is this a whites only establishment?? walked in for service, 4 in my group stood at the counter for 3 mins and no one behind the counter spoke to us or even acknowledged our presence at the counter. we were 4 blacks but unsure if race had anything to do with the bad service… wait a minute… it was no service so i dont think bad service is the best way to put it.. 5 people doing nothing behind the counter… manager serving at the window….1 car in the drive thru… not busy at all… this was total bs!…. 7.14.23.. at 806pm

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and my husband ordered the Big breakfast. We both had coffee. Breakfast was delicious.

Im tired of all of the McDonald’s restaurants having the incorrect open times on the internet …. Its either that or all of the McDonalds in my area are an hour late everyday opening up …. The 2 pictures are one of the first mess and second or the wet sloppy mess. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. It was put together so badly the cheese was half on the carton and patty hanging off the other side with a stack of pickles and a stack of tomatoes and large chunks of the side slices of the onion and some regular onion and no lettuce. While I was trying to even out the sandwich in my car because no dine in. It fell onto the floor of the car getting dirt and even fall leaves. I called the 1800# and they said to just go back and they will fix it and make it right. I returned and they asked if I had the sandwich. I showed her the bag and was going to take it out and she said oh no we can’t take it back. She left the window and returned and asked for the sandwich that the manager wanted it to write it off of throw into the waste something along that lines. I gave it to her not thinking. She said she can take it because it was in a bag. In a bag that had been in my car and my hands. Did someone forget about COVID? I had to wait a few more minutes then she was handed to bag that Miss Sunshine earlier gave me a straight face silent look as she handed the bag. I went and parked to finally eat. The top right side corner was all wet. I thought that was unusual. Then when I opened the box you could see the patty looked wet. The burger was so sloppy you would need a spoon to eat it. I feel the washed the patty and put it on another bun with lettus on it this time. When the wet on the box dried you can see it was water because only a small spot was grease. I would not trust them. Not sure why but the woman at the window had 20 dollar bills paper clipped to her shirt.
