This is the worst DQ I have ever been to. I got here as soon as it opened it. Everything was disgusting, like it was not clean the night before. I could see crud all over the shake machine, and the floors were sticky it unbearable to walk on. I ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, and the gravy was white water. I also watched them finger through someone’s burger to determine if everything was on it.

My blizzard was yummy, as always. The restaurant was freezing-even though it was a hot day, this wasn’t comfortable. Service wasn’t bad, but the person who helped us wasn’t thrilled to be there and not super helpful. They brought our blizzards to our table but we had to ask for spoons so we could eat them. (could be they were having an off day, like we all do, so who knows ‍♀️)

I tried to order at 9:40pm in the drive thru and was told they are closing early. I’ve managed fast food before and this usually means that the staff wants to go home early and start cleaning machines, a poor judgment call and business practice. There were 2 cars in front of me that were helped and 2 behind me, and apparently I was the cut off.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! This place is unsanitary, I have came in several times and it’s filthy and the food is never cooked to order , never fresh , always cold and I purchased ice cream from their freezer and it tasted freezer burnt like it was old.
