The first time I went they didn’t give me my fries but I didn’t notice til I had gotten home, so I said “okay forget it”. I just went again and they didn’t give me my mashed potatoes. They were EXTREMELY quick, which is probably why they forgot about my mashed potatoes and gravy. Perhaps slowing down a little would help make sure they give the consumer all the food they ordered. On the other hand, the food I DID get was very fresh and good, and the kid working the drive through was super nice.

Placed order via the app, 3 original chicken sandwiches, 1 spicy… didn’t think to check when receiving it since i put the specifics in the order. Got home, had 3 spicy 1 original. Couldn’t finish even half of the spicy sandwiches. They all got thrown away, dogs couldn’t even enjoy them.

The foods ok but the bums and the creeps that come in while you are tryin to enjoy your meal is a problem. I no sooner put my trash in the can when they were pulling it out and running out the door. The next time I was there this strange looking couple came in and set in the corner and stared at us the whole time. They didn’t even order food. Then they would slip up and fill the cups they brought in at the drink fountain.

We stopped for an early dinner to take home and the food was so dried out and as hard as a rock and we feel like we just wasted our hard earned money. Never have gotten food like this before at KFC. We are very disappointed.the biscuits were crunchy, the chicken almost cold, and the gravy was congealed. I know the company would want to know about this experience.

We came in with a large group of youth kids and leaders today around 12:30. Tosha, Kelsie, Asher, and Reece were phenomenal!!! They were friendly with quick service having our food to each of us before we finished getting our drinks. Most places would frown upon that big of a group walking in but they made us feel welcome and took great care of us! Kudos to this FANTASTIC TEAM on their service!!!
