There was no line when I pulled up. I had to wait a few minutes to get a regular cheese pizza. I didn’t mind. I ran to the store across the street and when I got back, it was ready. The staff was welcoming when I got there and apologetic for the wait. It was the hottest pizza I ever got from here.

GM is disgusting, she did not care nor seem to not be surprised the hair was inside of my pizza. She actually threw her hands up, laughing and dancing saying “idc” . While dancing and laughing around the store. Come there frequently and spend HARD EARNED money. The other gentleman that is usually always there does his job, great customer service. Would definitely say he goes going above and beyond. Seem to be that day, today! The actual GENERAL MANAGER was throwing the entire store into a negative outlook. When that is the LEAD of the store. So, the owner of this franchise or corporate please feel free to reach out for an more in depth store! Would definitely not ever go back to that location again. And will tell other people to not go there as well!

Very poor service. They never have pizza hot and ready. It’s pay and wait, they have you to pull around and never come out with your food. Myself and three other cars had to pull back around for our food in drive thru, the lobby was closed. Order was placed at 5:04 and it was about 5:25

Jay at little Cesar’s has to be a manager because his customer service was top notch, best service than any little Cesar’s I’ve ever been to. He had order he got passed and made sure it wasn’t someone else’s first and it was on accident l, but he caught it and saved time and money, he was very professional.

I don’t even go out of my way for this type of thing, but my second to last time going to this place after months of not going, the lady asked me what my order was 5 different times. Then I had to circle around the store which I expected and was ok with, and when I came back to the window she asked my order again and then gave me the wrong order and of course the pizza I actually wanted was old before it was cooked and then I went today and this time the lady in the window struggled to hear my order and I had to repeat cheese and crazy bread 3 times SHE WENT ALONG WITH IT AS IF SHE UNDERSTOOD HAD ANOTHER LADY COME TO THE WINDOW AND ASK ME FOR THE ORDER AGAIN AND STILL GOT IT WRONG SHE ONLY RUNG UP THE CRAZY BREAD SO I HAD TO CORRECT HER TOO and after that the first lady said she thought that what I kept ordering was what I was actually trying to order SO WITH ALL OF THAT SAID HERE IS THE FOOD QUALITY THE CRAZY BREAD WAS OLD BEFORE IT WAS COOKED SO IT WAS SOLID BREADSTICKS THAT GOT HARDER OVER TIME AND THE PIZZA WAS THE EXACT SAME WAY THE CRAZY SAUCE WAS THE ONLY THING I DIDNT REGRET IM SAVING IT TO MAKE MY OWN PIZZA ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IM DONE WITH THIS STORE I USED TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY IN FEBRUARY AND I LOVED MY STORE AND IT DEFINITELY WASNT PISS POOR LIKE THE DODDS STORE IS. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Every single time I order something from this place the order is wrong and it takes over an hour of sitting in the drive through line to get anything. Corporate needs to evaluate this place’s staff and how they do things because it actually gives little Caesars a bad name.
