Terrible at getting orders correct. Then if you call to tell them a single item in a $40 order is wrong, they’ll accuse you of lying because they’re a manager & “made it all themselves”, even though the cashier moved to the line to help, but okay. They just can’t admit that they’re wrong, I offered to bring the order back so I could prove it, & then it was suddenly fine & there was no need to bring it in. I would’ve been there anyway if they didn’t close 10 minutes after I called. I’ll add a picture as proof for whoever the manager was on 5/2/23. Call me a liar again though, just because you’re so confident in yourself.

i took my pregnant wife to eat here at this taco bell, and i asked for “light” creamy jalapeño on a chicken quesadilla. they literally used the whole bottle on the whole quesadilla and literally almost set her mouth on fire.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I had to go back and they even messed up the second order. They lied to me and lied to my husband. We said NO sour cream its in the receipt I brought the receipt and then when I came back they exchanged his steak chalupa with hamburger meat and lied and told my hubby I SAID beef when all I said was how he had it on the receipt with NO sour cream!! We spent 40 for them to mess it up not once but TWICE

Wife and I stopped to eat around lunch time,stood at the front counter for about ten minutes. No one said be right with you,or look up at us and two other customers. We lifted and saw two employees at the back standing smoking.if your that busy don’t sent out more than one employee at a time.

Seeing what I have seen here and reading all the reviews this place is in a desperate need of a management overhaul. The lobby needs to be redesigned. I have never had a problem with the taste of the food. And as far as the speed, that’s a management problem and there is lots of areas that is lacking.

I frequent the place, unfortunately, because I like Baja Blast Mt. Dew and the grilled stuffed chicken burrito. Aside from that, the service is generally slow and they’re not going to get the order right, most of the employees are rude, they’re rarely open on time, none of their mistakes are their fault, and you’re an inconvenience to them.
