This is a corporate store I believe. It would take mailer coupons when others don’t ( vs franchisee). This is also a store that is open 24 hrs for drive through but closed for indoor dining late night. The store is clean and small. No public bathrooms. There are outdoor dining area as well. The taco wizards are generally friendly and courteous. I like how the Halloween decorations are up in time! The food is generally par for the price. Boring but safe and sanitary. This is based on two weeks non stop eating of taco lovers pass! Lol. Parking is minimal, but this is really a drive through restaurant.

Terrible terrible service the lady was eating a taco when I pulled up to the window just now and told me there was no chips on any burrito when I literally ordered 1 like 2 days ago there’s no sense to be mean to someone who is very polite this person just went out of their way to be rude to me This is not the 1st time but it’s been the worst time this place super sucks their hospitality and kindness is terrible and I had to return the food because it Also sucked just about as much as the lady at the windows personality

Super nice crew – easy to find but one star less for how tight and kinda dangerous this location is. It’s on a lot that’s too small so be aware it’s a tight squeeze in parking lot and drive thru. It’s on the corner so there’s two driveways to get in and out. Just be careful and know it’s a small lot. I’ve never been inside this location and I’ve only gotten food there in the later evening (after 9pm).

Went thru the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon no one answered so I drove up to the window honked my horn nothing got out and banged on the window nothing drove to the front saw the door open got out my car looked inside they we all in the back chatting I told them wth they just looked at me won’t be returning there local resident for over 20 years

I don’t frequent Taco Bell alot… especially after they took away the Mexican pizza. Glad it’s back (hopefully to stay this time). The customer service at this location can be hit or miss. Either the person at the window is super friendly or frosty with a large side of attitude. Tonight I pulled into the drive thru on Norwalk blvd. There were four cars in the drive thru. When I was finally able to pull up to the speaker, the voice on the other end says ‘If you didn’t pull in the right way out sensor won’t read you.” WTH? I proceed to ask if she could repeat herself, mostly because I couldn’t believe that instead of a ‘hi. Hello. What would you like to order?’ I got a lecture. Tell me, what’s the wrong way to pull in to a driveway that has IN & OUT arrows? I’ll wait. No response. I repeated myself. Silence. So I drove off. Since this experience was a huge miss, I sure hope the next visit is a hit.
